На фоне комплексного лечени поливитаминами , гемодезом, местной аппликацией лекаственных средств дополнительно ввод т 400- 500 мл 15%-ного раствора маннитола со скоростью 40-60 капель в минуту. Пример 1. Больной М., 24 лет, поступил в клинику с диагнозом распространенный псориаз в стадии прогрессирова- ни , экссудативна форма, псориатическа артралги . Больному назначены инфузий 15%-ного раствора маннитола в дозе 500 мл со скоростью 40 капель в минуту. Проведено три инфузий. На 7 день лечени исчезли экссудативные очаги на коже. Лечение продолжили введением витаминов В , BS, Example 1.
