The cylinder lock contains a cylinder mechanism 1 with a key 2, connected by a driver 3 having a protrusion 4 and 5 on its periphery, with a locking bar 6. Protrusion 4 is much larger in diameter than the finger 5. In this case, the protrusion 4 and the finger 5 enters, a means of fixing the striker 6 ,. which also includes a semi-oval cutout 7 made on the bar for placing the protrusion 4 in the Closed position, a semi-cylindrical recess 8 for dismounting the protrusion 4 in the Open position, located above the 41 oval cut-out 7 and associated with it by the sector notch 9 intended. for placing the finger 5 in the Open position, and an interlocking groove 10 located under the semi-oval cutout for accommodating the finger 5 in the Closed position, with this semi-cylindrical recess 8 and the groove 10 interconnected arcuate neckline 11.

The lock works as follows.

When the lock is open, the protrusion 4 of the leash 3 is located in the semi-cylindrical recess 8, and the finger 5 in the recess 9. The key 2 is removed from the cylindrical mechanism 1.

When closing the lock with key 2

the cylinder mechanism 1, as well as the associated lead 3, are rotated. The protrusion 4, when rotated 180, moves freely along the arcuate groove 11. With this, with the aid of the recess 9, the finger 5 holds the locking bar 6 from falling down due to its own weight and returning the protrusion 4 to the previous position in which the lock would remain open

When turning the cylinder mechanism 1 with the key 2 on the iSO more, the protrusion 4 enters the semi-oval notch 7, with its further movement raises the striker bar 6 in the closed position of the desk drawers, and the finger 5 enters the groove 10.
