Description
The invention relates to medicine, namely to therapy.
Цель изобретени - сокращение сроков реабилитации путем проведени лечебной физкультуры и введени лекарственного препарата .The purpose of the invention is to reduce the time of rehabilitation through physical therapy and the introduction of a drug.
The method is carried out as follows.
A patient is prescribed a relaxing muscle drug in a dose of 250-500 mg overnight for one week, after which the muscles are electrostimulated for 1-5 sessions by applying a current of 20-40 mA to the electrodes, and for 6-12 sessions applying to the electrodes a current of 40-60 mA with a pulse duration of 2 s and a pause between them of 3 s. For the next 1-3 weeks, isometric exercises and physical exercises on a bicycle ergometer are performed 2-3 times daily, and during the electrical stimulation and exercises, the patient is prescribed the drug scutamil-C, which improves the bioenergy balance, at 0.2-0.4 mg three times a day.
Example. Sick W. 3. was treated in the hospital for osteo-arthrosis deformans, with a predominant lesion of the hip joints, especially the left. After the treatment cycle, physical performance was determined. A comprehensive study revealed that the patient had regional gyrotrophy of muscles, decreased joint mobility, as well as reduced aerobic and anaerobic performance and strength of muscles, impaired neuro-muscular coordination and muscle tone.
The patient was prescribed once a single tablet (250 mg) of scutamil-C, which relaxes the muscles, once. On the third day, daily electro-stimulation with 15x8 cm of the muscles of the hip straighteners was started with second-type pulses for 1-5 sessions by applying a current of 28 mA to the electrodes and for 6-12 sessions by applying a current of 40 mA to the electrodes with a pulse duration of 2 s pause between them for 3 s. Duration of electrostimulation 2 times for 1 min, stimulation with an interval of 1 min.
During the electrostimulation, the patient was trained in isometric exercises, which was about 5 times when the patient herself was exercising for 2-3 hours a day. The patient also once a day did special physical exercises with her hands on a bicycle ergometer for 10-15 minutes at a load intensity of 50% of the maximum level of oxygen consumption. During the electrostimulation of the muscles and the exercises, the patient was prescribed Riboxin, 1 tablet (0.2 mg) three times a day.
On the eighth day of the recovery cycle, when the tone of the muscles was normalized and the pain decreased, the patient performed physical exercises on the bicycle ergometer with the lower limbs at an intensity of 50% of the threshold load, i.e., causing joint pain by the interval method (1.5 1.5 minutes) 9 minutes
19.20 A repeated comprehensive study of physical performance after a 2.5 week recovery cycle showed an improvement,%: muscle strength by 40; aerobic performance 41; anaerobic production 25; total mobility of joints of the affected limb 19.
The static load threshold increased from 300 to 1080 kgm. The travel time of 5 meters was reduced by, climbing stairs by 25%. The general condition, sleep, and psycho-emotional state of the patient improved.
The test results show that even a 2-3 weekly cycle of recovery by the proposed method with a repeated comprehensive study of physical performance gives an improvement in the general condition, sleep and emotional state of patients, an increase in aerobic productivity by 42.3%; anaerobic performance by 30.0%; muscle strength by 44.0%; joint mobility by 13%. In addition, the time for passing 15 meters and climbing stairs with a more economical response of the patient's body to the load was significantly reduced.
