Description
The invention relates to medicine, namely to radiology.
The purpose of the invention is to simplify the method.
The drawing shows a device for radiography of the head, a general view.
The method is carried out as follows.
The patient's parietal side is placed on a supporting surface, under which a cassette is made parallel, which is made transparent to an x-ray beam, or on a cassette. The device is installed on the supporting surface (cassette) with the base 1. The rod 2 is brought to the patient's head so that the scapula 3 interacts with the parietal side upwards, fix the rod 2 with the screw 4 on the rack 5 and take readings from the scale through the window 6, m. e. determine the inter-temperate distance of the head.
Then the rod 7 is installed in the center (half) of the inter-distance, making control through the window 8 on the clamp 9, and the rod 7 is fixed with the screw 10 on the rack 5, thereby fixing the polo

жение седла 11 относительно опорной поверхности (кассеты).seat 11 relative to the support surface (cassette).
После этого голову пациента укладывают на опорной поверхности так, чтобы переносица пациента расположилась в центре межтеменного рассто ни , а именно в седле 11, при этом седло 11 охватывает переносицу и фиксирует ее положение относительно опорной поверхности, ограничива перемещение головы пациента в горизонтальной плоскости .After that, the patient's head is placed on the supporting surface so that the patient's nose bridge is located in the center of the interheated distance, namely in the saddle 11, while the saddle 11 covers the nose bridge and fixes its position relative to the supporting surface, limiting the patient's head movement in the horizontal plane.
е. голова пациента уложена и зафиксирована так, что срединна сагиттальна плоскость располагаетс параллельно опорной поверхности (кассете).Then the rod 2 is retracted, and the patient's head does not change its position due to the restriction of movement in the vertical plane down under its own weight due to the abutment against the supporting surface and in the horizontal plane due to fixing of the nose bridge relative to the supporting surface, i.e. stacked and fixed so that the median sagittal plane is located parallel to the support surface (cassette).
After removal of the rod 2 to the side, a lateral radiograph of the skull is produced by the central beam of the x-ray tube.
