The invention relates to rural agriculture, in particular to systems H devices for preparing working liquids of chemical chemicals and fertilizers.

The purpose of the invention is to simplify the process, increase the productivity and quality of the preparation of working fluids.

Fig. 1 schematically shows a system for preparing and introducing working fluids; in fig. 2 - a device for the preparation of concentrated solutions, a longitudinal section.

The system for preparing and applying working liquids of dochemicals and fertilizers contains means I for supplying water, a device 2 for preparing concentrated solutions connected to a technological machine 3 for introducing by means of injection 4 and intake 5 communications. :

The process injection machine 3 includes a tank 6 connected to a suction main 7 of an active pump 8, the pressure main 9 of which is connected by a hydro-agitator 10 installed in the tank 6.

Communication intake 5 is connected to suction pipe 7, and if used in the circuit of a jet pump 11, the nozzle of which is connected to pressure pipe 9, the diffuser is connected to the hydro-agitator 10, the intake communication 5 is connected to the suction pipe of the jet pump 11.

A device 2 for preparing concentrated solutions includes a tank 13, made in the form of a truncated cone, on the inner surface of which around the perimeter there is a roughness with sharp edges 14 directed inside the tank 13. In the center of the tank 13 a filter 15 is installed, forming the inner 16 and outer 17 cavities.

Capacity 13 in the upper part is equipped with a crush 18, equipped with a boot Luke 19, nozzles 20 and 21, and in the filament part - a settler 22 with a removable

In the pipe 21, provided with a locking element 24, a pressure pipe 25 with nozzles 26 is installed, adjustable in height and in a circle around its axis, connecting the external cavity 17 of the tank 13 with the discharge communication 4. The internal cavity 6 of the capacitor 0 0 pipe 27 installed in the pipe 20, is connected to the intake communication 5.

Capacity 13 is equipped with a level gauge 28, On. the inlet and outlet of the filling sleeve 5 of the 2 are installed shut-off valves 29 and 30.

In the discharge communication 4, the intake communication 5, the suction line 7, the pressure line 9 0, respectively, shut-off valves 31 - 34 are installed.

The system for preparing and introducing working liquids of chemical chemicals and fertilizers works as follows.

Pre-refill with water tank 6 technological machine 3 for making. To do this, the shut-off valves 29, 30 and 34 0 are opened and the pump 8 is activated. Valves 31 - 33 are closed.

Water through the filling hose 12, the suction line 7, through the pump 8, through the pressure line 9 enters the mixer 10 and the tank 6. At the same time, through the hatch 19 into the tank 13 of the device 2 for preparing concentrated solutions load jnpenapaT (chemical precursor or fertilizer).

When the tank is filled with water, the means 1 for supplying water is turned off, closing valves 29 and 30. They open the shut-off valves 31–33 and simultaneously carry out two processes: the preparation of a concentrated solution in the device 2 for its preparation and the working fluid in the tank 6 of the process machine 3.

The concentrated solution is prepared by scouring the preparation with a jet of liquid coming out of the nozzles 26 of the pressure tube 25, which provide for circular movement of the preparation solution and contacting it with 5 sharp edges 14, which contributes to abrasion of large particles of the preparation. the internal cavity 16 and through the pipe 27 through the intake communication 5 connected to the suction line 7 enters the pump 8 and through the pressure line 9 to the hydraulic connector 10 (in the absence of the jet pump 11), and if it is available through the intake communication 5 connected to the suction nozzle of the jet pump 11, through its diffuser to the hydraulic mixer 10 and to the tank 6, where it is mixed with water and the working fluid is prepared. At the same time, instead of the concentrated solution sucked from the tank 13, new portions of the liquid are pumped into it from the tank 6.

After completion of the process of preparing the working fluid, shut off valves 31 and 32 are closed, the discharge 4 and intake 5 communications are disconnected from the pressure pipe 25 and pipe 27, respectively. Technological machine 3 is ready for application.
