Description

The invention relates to the production of building materials and can be used for the manufacture of thermal insulation - thermal perlite.
The purpose of the invention is to increase the strength of the Carry, the modulus of elasticity and the decrease in water absorption of materials.
The method of processing porous building materials, mainly pearlite, is as follows.
The main component of the coating for improving the performance of the material is petroleum resin. However, its action can be effectively used only if the surface layer of the material is impregnated and the petroleum resin is fixed in the pores and on the cell walls of the porous material. Therefore, in the first stage, the oil polymer resin is applied to the surface of the material at a heating temperature of 0 - (} Q ° C as a solution in oil. At the same time, mineral oil provides impregnation of the composition to a depth of 1.5-3 mm (depending on the nature of the porosity the material being processed) and its uniform distribution in the surface layers. When cooled, the petroleum resin turns into a solid state, together the layers have an increased level of deforma- tion properties. At the next stage, the material is treated with a petroleum resin composition ols and oligomers goefirakrilata, thereby further povsheniyu elastic properties, as well as the overall strengthening of the system. This is due to crosslinking and fixation oligoefirakrila- that in the resultant three-dimensional grid petroleum resin.

As a result of processing, a material was obtained with the following properties: density of 245 kg / m, strength of the occupied layer of the treated surface 0.48 MPa, modulus of elasticity 32 MPa, and water absorption 0%. Compared with the known predlozhenie.msh method provides 2525 increase in the strength of the protective layer, 3–2 times, the modulus of elasticity by 1.3 times and the reduction of water-gas resistance by 2-3 times. The coating has good adhesion to the mineral surface. Two hundred times the introduction of petroleum resin makes it possible to increase its content in the surface layers and to ensure an increase in the operating properties of the material without fear of possible cracking of the coating film, characteristic of petroleum resins.
In the proposed method, in the indicated ratios, petroleum resins of the types of SPP, pyro-plast-2 and others are used, oligoether-acrylates of the brands TGM-3, MGF-1, MGF-9, TMGF-P, 7-1, etc. , transformer, vase 5 j-shnovoye, oleic, etc. mineral
