Abstract
1. Теплообменник, содержащий кожух, пучки теплообменных труб для каждой из рабочих сред и размещенные в межтрубном пространстве теплопередающие вставки, контактирующие с теплообменными трубами пучков, отличающийся тем, что, с целью повышения надежности, вставки выполнены в виде несущего блока сотовой структуры, жестко скрепленного с кожухом и имеющего пазы под трубы глубиной 0,8-1d и шириной 1-1,1d, где d - диаметр труб.2. Способ изготовления теплообменника путем формирования пучков теплообменных труб для каждой из рабочих сред, закрепления их в кожухе и размещения в межтрубном пространстве теплопередающих вставок, отличающийся тем, что, с целью повышения надежности, предварительно изготовляют несущий блок сотовой структуры с пазами под теплообменные трубы, наносят клей на стенки кожуха и поверхность пазов, а в собранном виде выдерживают теплообменник под наружным давлением 1,65-1,75 ати и при нагреве до 165-175°С.1.
