Description
The invention relates to the field of machining of metals and can be used in the tool industry, for example, in sharpening spiral drills.
The purpose of the invention is to expand the technological capabilities of the device by ensuring the orientation of the drills, which are not available, their full 0.5 pitch helix.
4.FIG. 1 shows a schematic of the device for orientation, a general view; in fig. 2 is a view A of FIG. one; in fig. 3 shows a section BB in FIG. one; in fig. 4 is a view of B in FIG. one; in fig. 5 is a section of YYD in FIG. four.
The drill orientation device contains an abutment 1, to which the drill 2 is pressed, for example, an orientation force, for example, lying in a half sleeve or prism 3, a pin 4 fixedly mounted on the sleeve 5. The sleeve 5 is mounted on axis 6 rigidly connected rolling pin 7. Pin 4 is set at an angle of 150 ° to the projection plane perpendicular to the axis of the rolling pin 7. Rolling pin 7 is installed in the housing 8, which is rigidly connected to the machine bed (not shown). The guide 9 passes freely through the hole in the bracket 10 mounted on the rear end of the rolling pin 7. The bracket 10 is connected to a drive for moving the rolling pin 7, for example the rod of the hydraulic cylinder 11, whose body is rigidly mounted on the frame. The spring 12 tends to press the tongue 4 towards the stop screw 13 mounted in the bracket 14 rigidly connected with the rolling pin 7. The cam 15 is fixedly mounted on the housing 8. The spring 16 presses the rod 17 against the stop 18, which may be, for example, a pin rigidly clogged into the bracket 10. The finger 19 is pressed against the ruler 20 by the spring 12. The finger 19, resting against the ruler 20, holds

4.in the position taken away from the drill 2 and the stop screw 13, the pin 4.
The device for the orientation of the drill works as follows.
The rolling pin 7 moves in the housing 8 from the initial position forward (in FIG. 1, to the right). The rod 17, resting against the stop 18 from the spring 16, does not allow the rolling pin 7 to rotate. In the process of moving the rolling pin 7, the finger 19, falling on the bevel of the ruler 20, allows the sleeve 5 with the orienting pin 4 mounted on it to pivot in the horizontal plane. The pin 4 lies on the surface of the drill 2 to the right of the groove of the second feather of the drill, the gap between the pin 4 and the stop screw 13 is partially maintained. Upon further movement of the rolling pin 7, the pin 4, turning in the horizontal plane, falls into the groove of the drill 2 and lies on the stop screw 13 pressed against it by the spring 12. The finger 19 has already moved from the ruler 20. With the further movement of the drill the orienting pin 4 rotates the drill , produces its orientation. To finalize the cutting edge of the second feather of the drill in the same position as the cutting edge of the first feather (Fig. 1 horizontally), an additional rotation by angle al15 ° in the vertical plane is indicated to the rolling pin 7. This rotation begins when the fist 15 bevel touches the rod 17. Sliding over the fist 15 bevel, the rod turns the rolling pin at an angle a. The pin 17 is detached from the stop 18, stretching the spring 16, which presses it against the knuckle 15. When the rolling pin is rotated by an angle (the pin 4 adjusts the cutting edge of the second feather of the drill 2 to the desired position, ending with this orientation. drills with a maximum diameter of 80 mm.
