Abstract
Способ получения акрилонитрила окислительным аммонолизом пропансодержащего сырья в газовой фазе при 550 - 555C в присутствии катализатора, содержащего окислы галлия, вольфрама, сурьмы и фосфат никеля, отличающийся тем, что, с целью увеличения выхода целевого продукта и повышения производительности процесса, используют катализатор, нанесенный на SiO, взятую в количестве 15 - 40% от общей массы катализатора, или на TiO, взятую в количестве 20 - 80% от общей массы катализатора, при следующем соотношении компонентов, мас.%:Окись галлия - 8 - 12Окись вольфрама - 8 - 12Окись сурьмы - 58 - 62Фосфат никеля - До 100
