Description

The invention relates to mechanical engineering, in particular to the bearing industry, and may find application in drive stores and gravity transport systems of automated lines.

The aim of the invention is to expand the technological capabilities of the device by providing, together with the piece-by-piece, the supply of products from the store to the discharge accumulation tray and their division into n number of flows.

FIG. 1 shows the device, a general view; in fig. 2 - the same, side view.

The device consists of vertical trays 1, to which dampers 3 are attached to axles 2, which are pressed to trays 1 by springs 4. Drain trays 5 are attached to one side of vertical trays, and accumulation trays 6 to the other side, the other ends of which are attached to the bottom subsequent vertical trays 1.

The flaps 3 in their upper part have a bevel A directed towards the sides of the accumulation trays 6. The total number of vertical trays 1 is equal to the number of outlet trays 5. The reciprocating drive is complete, for example, in the form of a pneumatic cylinder 7 with

a rod 8 on which the breakers 9 are fixed, the number of which is equal to the number of vertical trays 1. A feed tray is connected to the first (right, left side) vertical tray.

The device works as follows.

 In this way, the flow of products is separated along existing discharge trays.

DEVICE FOR THREADED PRODUCT FEEDING, containing a product cutter reciprocatingly moving in a vertical tray and a spring-loaded shutter located at the entrance to the discharge tray, characterized in that, in order to expand the technological capabilities of the device by ensuring the accumulation of products and dividing them into streams, it is equipped with an appropriate number of threads products by the number of additional outlet and vertical trays, and each of the additional vertical trays is provided with identically executed and located relative to the main vertical tray by a cutter and a spring-loaded shutter and connected in series with the other vertical trays of the product storage tray, the receiving window of which is located in the area of the spring-loaded g shutter of the previous vertical tray filling, and the exit - in the area of the subsequent vertical cutter tray.
