Description
The invention relates to an aerosol technique and can be used in medicine, veterinary medicine and agriculture for the disinfection of premises, vaccinations and the treatment of animals.
The aim of the invention is to improve the quality of the spray by collecting large droplets and their secondary dispersion.
The drawing shows an electro-aerosol sprayer, a slit.
Дл подачи жидкости в жидкостное сопло имеетс штуцер 16 с контактом 17 дл заземлени .The housing 1 of the solvent is made of electrically insulating material and has a central channel for screwing inducing electrode 2. The inner nozzle 3 is attached to the housing, the conical part of which forms a gas nozzle. Density is provided by ring 4. An outer nozzle 5 is screwed onto the inner nozzle, forming a liquid nozzle coaxially with a gas nozzle and with an inducing electrode 2. The density is provided by a gasket 6 clamped by a ring 7. The head 8 of the inducing electrode is made in the form of two truncated common cones e base and with nozzles 3 and 5 forms slots 9 and 10. Inside the induction electrode there is a channel 11 for the supply of compressed air, which through the holes 12 enters the gas nozzle. In order to supply air to the channel, the housing 1 has a transverse channel 13 with a clamp 14 and a contact 15 is fixed for supplying voltage. A fitting 16 with a contact 17 for grounding is provided to supply fluid to the fluid nozzle.
At the outlet of the spray torch in the center of the head 8 of the inducing electrode is installed a conical deflector 18, the surface of which is made with screws
На конусную поверхность надет кожух 20, содержащий дренажный отвод 21, которьй при помощи резинового шланга 22 соединен со штуцером 16 дл подвода жидкости.shaped grooves 19, the top of the cone of the deflector I8 is directed against the movement, spraying and located in the center of the spray pattern, the spiral grooves 19 are located within the spray pattern, and the protrusions between the grooves extend beyond its limits. A jacket 20 is provided on the tapered surface, which contains a drainage outlet 21, which is connected with a fitting 16 for supplying a liquid by means of a rubber hose 22.
Electroaerosol spray works as follows.
17.Compressed air through the nozzle 14 enters the channel 11, and the passage through the holes 12 and the slots 9 and 10 creates a vacuum in them, as a result of which liquid flowing through the nozzle 16 is sucked in the spray zone. When voltage is applied to the inductive electrode 2 contact 15 sprayed particles acquire a positive charge, the negative pole of the voltage source is grounded through contact 17.
The spray torch of electro-aerosol particles in its path meets the conical surface of the deflector 18 at the point of intersection of the jets. Large aerosol particles located in the center of the torch fall into the helical grooves 19, the torch itself swirls and expands. Large aerosol particles fall on the walls of the casing 20, condense, collect in the lower part of the casing and through the drainage outlet 21, the hose 22 and the fitting 16 flow back into the liquid channel of the atomizer dp re-spray. Particles of medium and small sizes through the nozzle casing fly into the air.
