Description
The invention relates to the field of radiation biology, in particular, to methods for diagnosing lesions by ionizing radiation.
The aim of the invention is to accelerate the method.
The method is carried out as follows.
Blood from a rat male weighing 180 g - 200 g is taken in an amount of 0.3 ml and mixed with an equal volume of Eagle's medium, x: containing 20 U / ml of heparin. The resulting cell suspension is applied to cotton wool — 20 mg placed in a glass column — a tuberculin syringe. The height of the column of wool must be 11 mm. Then the column is thermostatted for 10 min at 37 s and squeeze out the mixture. The count of leukocytes and adhesive leukocytes was made after a 10-fold dilution in 3% acetic acid with methylene chloride in the Gorchev chamber at a 150-fold increase.

A single uniform gamma irradiation of rats at doses of 2–4–6–9– 12 Gy was performed at different times from 3 to A8 h. Radiation was carried out on the installation of Beam 1 with a Co-60 radiation source at a dose rate of 0.7 Gy / min
Indicators of ryty held on rats are tabulated.

As follows from the table, when animals are exposed to a small dose of 2 Gy, the adhesion coefficient increases by more than 2 times after 24 hours. After irradiation at higher doses, the adhesion coefficient also remains high after 24 hours.
Indicators of experiments with irradiation at a dose of 6 Gy, given over time after irradiation in the inter-, shafts 6-12-24-48 h, testify to the stability of the results. Control indices are significantly different from the values obtained in the experiments.
Thus, in comparison with a known method, the proposed method allows for the early diagnosis of radiation injury of the body, and the data obtained is stable for at least 2 days.
In addition, the technological implementation of the method is simple, since it does not require equipment and reagents, as well as highly qualified personnel. The execution time of the method is 20 minutes, which allows it to be used as a quick diagnostic technique.
