Стенд содержит ударный узел 1 н статический узел 2, установленные в обойме 3 с возможностью перемещени внутри нее по направл ющим 4 и 5. The bench contains a shock assembly 1 and a static assembly 2, mounted in the housing 3 with the possibility of movement within it along the guides 4 and 5.

Дл фиксации узлов 1 и.2 в обойме 3 служат болты 6. Обойма 3 установлена в направл ющих 7 с возможностью перемещени . Направл ющие 4 и 5 закреплены на раме 8.The bolts 6 are used to fix the nodes 1 and 2 in the holder 3. The holder 3 is mounted in the guides 7 so that it can be moved. Стенд работает следующим образом .The stand works as follows.

Дл создани статической и динамической нагрузок в заданных точках модели ударный узел 1 перемещаетс по направл ющим 4, статический узел 2 перемещаетс по направл ющим 5, а обойма 3 - по направл ющим 7 до тех пор, пока не окажутс над заданными точками модели. Затем узлы 1 и 2 фиксируютс болтами 6. После фиксации узлы статической нагрузки передают вес грузов, а узлы ударной нагрузки нанос т удар в заданные точки модели 9.To create static and dynamic loads at specified points of the model, impact node 1 moves along guide rails 4, static node 2 moves along guide rails 5, and holder 3 moves along guide 7 until it turns out over specified points of the model. Then nodes 1 and 2 are fixed with bolts 6. After fixing, the static load nodes transfer the weight of the loads, and the impact load nodes strike the target points of the model 9.

Предлагаема конструкци устройства креплени и перемещени узлов ударной и статической нагрузок позвол ет создавать любую комбинацию нагрузок в лрбой точке модели.The proposed design of a device for fastening and moving components of shock and static loads allows the creation of any combination of loads at the highest point of the model.
