BURNER. GLASSED BATHROOM, including a device for supplying a combustible mixture and a refractory block installed coaxially with it with working channels of the transition section, characterized in that, in order to improve performance and save energy, the refractory block is made of a composite of the replaceable and stationary parts, Thereby, the diameter and length of the working channel of the replaceable part of the refractory block are respectively 1.1-3.5 and 2-8 diameters of the outlet opening of the device for feeding the combustible mixture. 2. Burner pop. 1, differs from the fact that the working channel of the replaceable part of the refractory block is made with a cylindrical cross section at a length of 0.2-0.4 with a transition to a taper equal to the taper of the adjacent stationary part, while the matching diameters of the parts are equal. 3. Burner on PP.1 and .2, about t l and-. that is replaceable (A part of the refractory block is mounted into the recess of the stationary part, impacted by 0.15-0.30 of its d.pina, while the matching diameters of the parts are equal.
Description
Затем топливна стру на выходе из влета горелки 14 смешиваетс с потоком нагретого воздуха 6 и сгорает с образованием факела в пламенном пространстве 9длиной до 0,5-0,8 ширины варочной части (не показано).This invention relates to industrial laziness. construction, to glass production, in particular to the glass furnaces. The purpose of the invention is to increase productivity and save energy costs. FIG. 1 shows a burner of a glass-melting bath furnace, vertical section; in fig. 2-4 node G on .fig. 1 (three options for the installation of the refractory block). The burner of the glass-melting furnace has a channel 1 for supplying primary combustion air (on the same page, a variant of supplying air heated in the regenerators using liquid fuel oil) and installed in an area of the fire-resistant masonry-forming elements 2 for supplying a combustible mixture with pipe 4 and a spray 5, fixed with a certain angle to the flow of air 6 for combustion and at a certain distance from the refractory block 7 with the help of attachment 8. The flame space 9 of the furnace, in which a torch from burning fuel is formed above the melting glass melt 12 in the cooking pool formed by the bottom 10 and the walls 11 of the cooking basin, is bounded by the roof 13 and the vertical hanging walls (not shown). The burner connects to the furnace’s fiery space through the entry point of the burner 14 formed by the refractory masonry (the vertical projection of the entry cross section is shown in the drawing) 17 with a working channel 18. It is possible to perform a burner unit with installation of part 17. into a notch 19 provided in the body of the stationary part of block 15. Articulation of the replaceable part 17 of the refractory burner The end of the unit is provided by the end surface of the combustible supply device through the use of a coaxially located and rigidly connected to the casing of the device for supplying the combustible mixture of the tip 20. The burner of the glass-melting furnace works as follows. Fuel (e.g., preheated fuel oil) is supplied under pressure through conduit 4 to device 3 for supplying a combustible mixture. In parallel, a fuel atomizer, such as compressed air, is supplied under pressure through the corresponding channel of the device 3. At the outlet of the combustible mixture supply unit, a jet of atomized fuel is formed, which successively passes through the working channels 18 and 16, respectively, of the replaceable 17 and the stationary 15 parts of the refractory block. Then, the fuel jet at the exit from the inlet of the burner 14 is mixed with a stream of heated air 6 and burns with the formation of a torch in the fiery space 9 long to 0.5-0.8 of the width of the cooking part (not shown).
