Description
The invention relates to the production of tin dichloride used in the manufacture of lacquers and the synthesis of many inorganic substances. The purpose of the invention is to accelerate the process of producing tin dichloride. , P. r and MS p. 10 g of tin powder is placed in a glass and 9 j9 ml of gum and 0.1 ml of a polyacrylammer solution (g / l) are added thereto, which is 0.0088 g in terms of polyacrylamide. The content of polyacrylamide in the slurry with respect to the tin used for dissolution is 0.008% by weight. 40 ml of hydrochloric acid L 1.155 kg / m (31.1% pp) are poured into the solvent reactor. The stirrer is turned on. A slurry of tin powder in a solution of polyacrylamide is added to the reactor. Before this, sintering of tin (goat) inside the reactor is not formed. The process of complete dissolution of the entire tin stock ends after 3 hours and 22 minutes. SnCl j-211 0 was obtained from the solution obtained. Yield of a product was 15 g (82 wt.%). The content of the basic substance (SuCl2-2H20) is 99.1 wt.%. The table shows the experimental data for the preparation of tin dichloride using the proposed method and the prototype method. 24 It follows from the above data that a necessary and sufficient condition for achieving this goal is the use of tin powder suspended in an aqueous solution of polyacrylamide at the stage of dissolution, the content of polyacrylamide relative to 0 15% to that tin is about 5 May .; When the content of polyacrylamide is less than 0.15 wt.%, Clumping of tin powder particles occurs, which slows down the process of its dissolution in hydrochloric acid. The introduction of polyacrylamide in an amount greater than 0.5 wt.% Is impractical, since only the costs of surfactants increase with the same final result. As shown in the examples, a higher dissolution rate of tin powder occurs when tin is fed to the reactor as a suspension of tin in a solution of polyacrylamide. Thus, the use of metallic tin in the vvde of powder as compared to tin in the form of granules (prototype and basic object) allows dramatically (14–25 times) to increase the rate of dissolution of tin in hydrochloric acid. This stage is the main and most time-consuming throughout the entire production cycle of tin dichloride in hydrochloric acid; it gives a positive effect for the whole process by a factor of 5-6 which decreases the duration of the technological cycle for tin dichloride.
