Description
Цикл повтор етс .The invention is related to devices used in the manufacture of samples from dusts and powdered materials for subsequent analyzes of its physicochemical substances using microscopy in laboratory and factory testing, can be used in the building materials industry, chemical, metallurgical and other industries national households. The aim of the invention is to improve the reliability of the device, reducing errors in the analysis of the sprayed material, as well as reducing the labor costs for the analysis. FIG. 1 shows the proposed device, a general view in section in FIG. 2, a section A-A in FIG. 1. The device consists of an outlet tube 1, embedded at an angle of 45 ° in the fixed element 2, in which a capillary tube 3 s is installed perpendicular to the outer surface of the tube. tube compressed air supply 4. In the stationary element with the possibility of reciprocating movement is placed a movable element made in the form of a rod 5 with a longitudinal groove 6 right angle. 32 A sealing roller 7 with a pressing spring 8 is also placed in the stationary element. The rod 5 moves with the aid of the rail 9. The device operates as follows. To fill the longitudinal groove 6 with the powder or dust under test, the rod 5 is moved to the extreme right position and in. the groove is filled up with the material under investigation in such a way that a slide with nor with the power of a slat 9 is obtained above the groove, the rod 5 is slowly moved to the extreme left position. In this case, the sealing roller 7, pressed against the clamping spring and the outer surface of the rod 5, compresses the dust or powder and cuts off its excess. Simultaneously with the cutting of the excess by the roller 7, the powdered material is sprayed through the tube 4, by means of which air or inert gas is supplied. When exposed to a jet of air flowing from the capillary 3 onto the pressed layer of material, individual particles are pulled out of this layer. I Go to the leftmost position, the rod 5 returns to the rightmost position again, and so on. The cycle is repeated.
