The aim of the invention is to improve the energy resolution of a spectrometric amplifier by reducing the influence of the low-frequency component of noise. FIG. 1 shows a structural diagram of a spectrometric amplifier; in fig. 2 - timing diagrams, explaining the principle of its work; in fig. 3 - the structure of the logic circuit; in fig. 4 is a flowchart of the input waveform restorer. The spectrometric amplifier includes a linear amplifier 1, an amplitude discriminator 2, a circuit 3, a delay line 4, a controlled one that restores the input signal waveform 5, an additional adder 6, a linear switch 7, a gated CS differentiator 8 and an integrator 9, as well as two controlled peak detectors 10, 11 and averaging circuit 12, with the input of the spectrometric amplifier connected to the input linear amplifier 1, the output of which is connected to the input of the delay line 4 and the amplitude discriminator a-1iator 2, the output of the delay line 4 is connected to the entrance M controlled reductant of the input signal 5, the output of which is connected. yen with two inputs of controlled detectors 10, 11 n one of the inputs of an additional adder. The outputs of the controlled peak detectors 10, 11 are connected to two inputs of the averaging circuit 12, the output of which is connected to the second input of the additional adder 6, the output of the additional adder 6 is connected to the input of the linear switch 7, the output of which is connected via a connected strobe RC the differentiator 8 and the integrator 9 is connected to the output of the spectrometric amplifier. The output of the amplitude discriminator is connected to the input of the logic circuit 3, two outputs of which are connected to the control inputs of the controlled input wave form restorer 5 and to the control inputs of the linear switch 7, gated RC differentiator 8, the inverter 9 and controlled peaks; detectors 10, 11. In the FIG. 1, a block diagram of the spectrometric amplifier operation on the measured signal is carried out as follows. The signal from the air-sensitive pre-converter is either jump-like or exponential (with a constant decay time of at least 50 µs) form (Fig. 2a) is fed to the input of linear amplifier 1 and passes through serial circuits in it: amplifying cascade is a differentiating circuit with pole compensation of zero , Constant of the time of the differentiated signal at the output of the linear amplifier l. (Fig. 26) is selected as the minimum (0.25-0.5 μs). The lower limit of T is the condition of transmitting the leading edge of the input signal t ™ with minimal distortion. The constant differentiation times differentiate x QC circuits with pole compensation by zero, located between the amplifier stages, increase from the output to the input of the linear amplifier by an amount proportional to the gain of the amplifier stages with a constant ratio between the pole compensation circuit resistor of zero and the load resistor of the differentiating circuit, whereby the low-frequency noise of the input stages of the linear amplifier 1 is transmitted to the output of the amplifier with a transmission coefficient not exceeding 1 When the signal level at the output of the linear amplifier 1 exceeds the response threshold of the amplitude discriminator 2, the latter triggers and starts the circuit of logic 3, which includes two waiting multivibrators 13 and 14 and the anti-coincidence circuit 15 (FIG. 3). At the outputs of the logic circuit, two logic signals are generated, which are input to the control inputs of the input signal 5, linear key 7, gated RC-differential iHaTopa 8, integrator 9 and controlled peak detectors 10, 11. When the first logical signal (Fig. 2k) arrives at the control input of the input waveform restorer 5, consisting of an isodromic integrator 16, a proportional integrator 17, a linear adder 18 and a linear key 19 (Fig. 4), the linear key LK is opened and the signal delayed on the delay line 4 at the output from The dromic integrator 16 assumes a rectangular shape, which almost coincides with the waveform acting at the input of the linear amplifier 1. When choosing a delay time equal to the front of the input signal tj 1 tq, (Fig. 2b), a linear formation of the rectangular signal at the output is restored The input waveform 5 has a wide dynamic range, regardless of the moment of oscillation fluctuations; the amplitude discriminator 2 is blown out. When the second logical signal arrives at the control inputs of the linear key 7, gated The RC differentiator 8 and integrator 9 opens the linear key 7, and the gated RC differentiator 8 and integrator 9 are switched to active mode. The time constants of the RC differentiator 8 and the integrator 2, T 3 (Fig. 2 g, e) and the measurement time T ", c, are selected from the maximization condition of the signal-to-noise ratio at the output of the gated integrator 9, with the optimal measurement time close to / 3 T 2. The signal from the output of the controlled reductant of the input signal 5 is divided into two channels: a linear transmission channel, where it is directly fed to the input of an additional adder 6, and a non-linear transmission channel that includes two control channels. peak detectors 10, 1J, which are transferred from the linear mode to the mode of forming the maximum and minimum values of the signal according to the second logical signal of logic circuit 3, and the averaging circuit. From the output of the averaging circuit, the signal arrives at the second input of the additional adder 6. From the output of the additional adder 6, the measured signal then passes through the open linear key 7 to the gated RC differentiator 8 and the integrator 9. Upon completion of the measurement, all switched elements of the spectrometric amplifier return to the initial state.
