The invention relates to methods of chemical treatment of mole and can be used in the leather industry to produce leather.
The purpose of the invention is to intensify and simplify the method by combining pickling and tanning.
Сущность изобретени заключаетс в том, 4JO согласно способу выработки кож путем м гчени , пикелевани водным составом, содержащим хлористый натрий, алюмокалиевые квасцы, соли хрома, неионогенное ПАВ, и дублени , в состав дополнительно ввод т водорастворимый многоатомный сПирт, а в качестве соли хрома используют сульфат хрома при следующем соотношении компонентов, мас.%:The essence of the invention lies in the fact that 4JO according to the method of producing leather by softening, pickling with an aqueous composition containing sodium chloride, aluminum-potassium alum, chromium salts, non-ionic surfactant, and tanning, additionally water-soluble polyhydric alcohol is added, and chromium sulfate in the following ratio, wt.%:

Moreover, glycerin or ethylene glycol is used as a water-soluble polyhydric alcohol.
В результате чего указанный состав обладает не только пикелюющим, но и дуб щим действием .The introduction of water soluble polyhydric alcohols into the treatment composition creates conditions for the formation of complexes of tanning mineral salts. Such complexes include one molecule of a polyhydric alcohol and two or more molecules of chromium and aluminum salts, penetrate into the structure more easily and quickly, which significantly accelerates tanning and makes it possible to combine it with pickling. In addition, the system containing such complexes independently increases its basicity at the end of tanning, which allows refusing basicity at the end of tanning using carbonate or sodium bicarbonate. As a result, the composition has not only a pickling, but also an oak effect.
