Изобретение относитс к техническому оборудованию сигаретного производства и может быть использовано на машинах, производ щих сигареты без фильтра. Цель изобретени - упрощение конструкции устройства. На чертеже схематично изображено устройство дл поворота сигарет на 90°. Устройство содержит:основание 1, выполненное в виде плиты, закрепленной на станине мащины, направл юш,ий канал 2, ускор ющий ролик 3, .изготовленный из полиуретана с двум .сегментными поверхност ми , передающий барабан 4, имеющий щестнадцать захватывающих ребер, держатель в виде отражающего экрана 5, установленный над поверхностью барабана и закрепленный на основании. На отражающем экране одним концом закреплена тормозна пружина 6, котора посредством регулировочного винта 7 мен ет положение в вертикальной плоскости, чем регулирует силу торможени сигарет, от чего зависит качество выкладки сигарет на транспортер 8, механизм привода барабана и транспортера выполнен в виде ременной передачи с использованием плоскозубчатых ремней 9. Устройство работает следующим образом . Поток сигарет по направл ющему каналу 2 поступает к ускор ющему ролику 3. где кажда сигарета увеличивает свою линейную скорость и создаетс дистанционный разрыв между предыдущей и последующей сигаретами, что позвол ет передающему барабану 4 захватывать сигареты поштучно своими ребрами. При входе на поверхность барабана 4 сигарета затормаживаетс плоской пружиной 6, положение которой можно измен ть при помощи регулировочного механизма 7, что позвол ет избежать удара сигареты об упорную шайбу 10 барабана 4 и добитьс качественной выкладки сигарет на транспортер 8 после прохождени их под отражающим экраном 5. Использование плоскозубчатых ремней в качестве механизма привода барабана и транспортера способствует плавному и бесшумному рабочему ходу устройства.
