QD The invention relates to telecommunications and can be used in measuring complexes, data transmission systems and is an improvement of the known device according to the basic author. St. No. 1008915. The purpose of the invention is to increase the reliability of the measurement by eliminating the influence of the impulse responses of the disturbances, the period of which does not coincide with the period of the impulse responses of the communication channel. FIG. 1 shows the structural electrical circuit of the device proposed in FIG. 2 - time diagrams that show his work. A device for measuring the group. The delay time in the communication channels contains — on the transmitting side — the reference generator 1, the generator 2 strobe pulses, the dispersion line 3 delays, the mixer 4, the local oscillator 5, the amplifier 6, the channel 7, and on the receiving side the receiver 8, the filter 9, the mixer 10 , local oscillator 11 filter 12. intermediate frequency, converter 13 analog - code, computing unit 14, indicator 15, optional generator 16, detector 17, element 18, counter 19, first, second third and fourth kipp-relay 20-23 . The device works as follows. The generator 2 gating pulses, triggered by the signals of the reference generator 1, generates; impulses with a duration of 5-10 no, which excite the dispersion line 3 delays. The linearly frequency-modulated signal formed at the output of the delay line 3 in the mixer 4 is transferred to the required range of carrier frequencies and is fed to the input of the amplifier 6. The signal amplified in the amplifier 6 is fed to the input of the communication channel 7. At the receiving side, the linear-frequency-modulated signal passing through channel 7 of the communication is received. the receiver 8, where it is amplified, is converted to the required frequency and is fed to the input of the filter 9, at the output of which a pulse response is formed, which is fed to the input of the mixer 10, where its spectrum is shifted towards the lower frequencies. From the output of the mixer 10, the signal is fed to the input of the filter 12 of the intermediate frequency and then analogue to the converter 13. The sequence of digitally coded samples of the impulse response of channel 7 enters the computational unit 14, in which, according to a predetermined algorithm, the characteristics of the group delay of the communication channel are calculated. From the top of the filter 9, the impulse response is also fed to the input of the detector 17, detected and fed to the input of the element 18, which in its initial state is open at the second input by the potential of the first kip-relay 20. From the output of the element 18 the signal goes to the input of the counter 19 and the second kip-relay 21. The second kip-relay 21 produces negative pulses, the rear positive front of which sets the counter 19 to zero. Thus, before the arrival of each subsequent impulse response, the counter 19 is zeroed, and the potential at its output, and therefore, on. the output of the first Kipprele 20 remains unchanged. At the moment of time when multipathing occurs in the channel, a negative pulse is generated at the output of counter 19, the leading edge of which triggers the first kipp-relay 20. The first kip-relay 20 generates a negative pulse that prevents the signals from passing through the element 18 and interrupts the computation . . of the detector unit 14. D In addition, the detected pulse response from the detector 17 output is fed to the input of the third Kipp-relay 22 Sfig. 2a) and runs it. Third Kipp relay. 22 produces negative impulses with a yield slightly lower than the period of the following pulsed T (Fig. 26). The fourth positive relay 23, which generates negative pulses (Fig. 2c), is launched with a positive back edge of this pulse, which arrive at the third input of the converter 13 analogue code and enable signal processing. The negativeness of the negative pulse generated by the fourth KIPP-relay, 23, and, consequently, the time during which the processing of signals in the analogue converter 13 is allowed, is approximately equal to the duration of the impulse response. For the rest of the repetition period, the impulse responses
