5 - 10%.Od sp to black. The invention relates to the construction of metallurgy, in particular of the arch of the open-hearth furnace. The purpose of the invention is to reduce the consumption of compressed air for aerodynamic protection, to improve the thermal operation of the furnace. FIG. 1 shows the structure of the arch; in fig. 2 shows a metal plate with curved channels. The arch of the open-hearth furnace is made of standard arch bricks 1, between which suspended metal plates 2 with curvilinear channels 3 along the length of the sinusoidal shape are installed. The ratio of the channel length to the plate length is 2.02, 5, which is 2.0-2.5 times the area of air contact with the masonry in case of В1 1 filling the rectangular channels along the plate length. The surface of the roof between the lifting angles 4 is covered with a metal sheet 5, which forms a manifold compressed air distributor. The work of the proposed code of the arch is as follows. The compressed air is injected into distributor-distributors, with the help of which it is distributed over the roof between the hanging angles 4. From the manifold-distributors the air enters the curvilinear channels 3, which are made in the metal plate 2, where during the movement the surface is heated due to the heat of the roof. From the channels 3, the heated air flows out into the underwater space at an angle to the working surface of the roof, determined by the nature of the sinus-shaped canal. The layer plays the role of an insulator of the working surface from the aggressive effect of furnace gases. Increasing the area of air contact with the masonry due to the curved shape of the channels allows, when the ratio of the channel length to the plate length is within 2.0 - 2.5, the compressed air consumption is reduced by 3 times to the level required only to ensure high-quality protection of the working surface. Lengthening the channel also leads to an increase in the heat exchange surface between the air and the laying of the ceiling, which ensures an increase in the temperature of the air entering the air defense. So, with an increase in the channel length of 2.0. - 2.5 times and other conditions being equal, the air temperature at the entrance to the subsampling space increases by 1.5 - 1.7 times, which increases the thermal performance of the furnace. Completion of a sinusoidal channel results in a stream of air flowing into the subsurface The space of the furnace is at an angle -to the working surface of the roof, and the slope of the jet is maintained regardless of the degree of wear of the roof. The inclination of the jet to the surface of the roof provides an increase in its protective effect, since the inclined jet insulates the surface of the roof from the furnace gases over a larger area. The maximum protective effect of the jets is achieved, in this case when they are directed in one direction, which is ensured by the execution of sinusoidal channels along the length and by their symmetrical arrangement of each other. The durability of the lining, arch increases by 5 - 10%.
