. 1 The invention relates to metal working and can be used in the finishing of deep holes. The purpose of the invention is to increase the efficiency of vibration damping by enclosing the liver to quench all types of oscillations of the front end of the cuspus at the same time. FIG. 1 shows the vibration damper for borstang, general view; in FIG. 2, node I in FIG. 1. The damper for boring bars is made in the form of an inertial cylinder 1, freely mounted in the axial version of the housing 2 of the boring bars. At the front end of the housing 2, the cutting head 3 is fastened by a threaded connection. On the cylindrical surface of the inertial cylinder 1 there are protrusions 4 arranged along a helical line, and on the inner cylindrical surface of the housing 2 there are helical grooves 5 designed to mate C with a gap 4. In this case, the magnitudes of the gaps a between the lateral sides of the mating surfaces of the protrusions 4 and of the grooves 5 are selected on the basis of the technological system of AIDS for torsional and longitudinal oscillations. The magnitudes of the gaps between the bottom of the grooves 5 and the peripheral surface of the protrusions 4, as well as between the inner cylindrical surface of the housing 2 and the cylindrical surface of the inertial cylinder 1, are selected based on the lateral oscillations of the AIDS system. In the bore of the inertial cylinder 1 posted by electric winding 6 ,. protected by a cover 7. Quince clearances in conjugation of an inertial cylinder 1c with housing 2 are filled with ferromagnetic liquid, and the axial opening of housing 1 is sealed on the side of the cutting head 3 by means of a cover similar to cover 7. leakage of ferromagnetic fluid. Inertial cylinder 1 can be placed in the axial hole of the housing 2 on the elastic elements, which ensure its symmetrical arrangement relative to the axis Pusa 2 5.3 2 Vibration damper operates as follows. If during machining of the holes in the cutting head 3 fixed on the housing 2, for example, torsional vibrations appear, then the inertial cylinder 1, due to inertial forces, tends to follow the torsional vibrations (displacements) of the housing 2. placed in the gaps a formed by the side surfaces of the projections 4 of the inertia cylinder 1 and the slots 5 of the housing 2, the ferromagnetic fluid moves. The friction between the liquid and the surfaces forming quince gaps results in irreversible work as a result of the movement. The energy of oscillations (angular movements) transfers into thermal energy, which in turn is removed from the blanking section: oscillations by the body itself 2. The magnitude of this work is determined by the amplitude of the motion of the inertial cylinder 1 relative to the body 2, by hydraulic resistance forces that counteract the damping movement ferromagnetic fluid. Depending on the magnitude of the established gaps a and b and the value of the specified amplitude, an additional collision of the mating surfaces of the inertial cylinder 1 and the housing 2 may occur, which increases the damping efficiency. Similar processes of damping vibrations of the cutting head 3 also occur when others appear. types of vibrations - transverse and longitudinal. . Oscillation damping is based on the absorption of the energy of movement of a ferromagnetic fluid. Therefore, when iz-. changing the magnitude of the current in the winding 6 varies the magnitude of the electromagnetic field of the inertial cylinder 1, which leads to a change in the viscosity of the ferromagnetic fluid, and this entails a change in the process of collision of the mating surfaces of the inertial cylinder 1 and the housing 2. A floor can be provided. Provide change / damping ability of the vibration damper. .
