10.The invention relates to a technique for cleaning industrial emissions from particles suspended in a gas, and can be used in sugar, textile, chemical and other industrial areas where it is necessary to clean gas from wrinkled, tangible, fibrous particles. The aim of the invention is to increase efficiency cleaning gas from dust by improving the regeneration of the surface of the filter material; in fig. depicts one of the possible options for the design of the gas filter; 2 shows the regeneration of the surface of the filter material. The gas filter (Fig. 1) contains a housing with an inlet nozzle, in which rings 3 of a cylindrical rotor 4 with filtering material 5 fixed on them are placed on the shaft 2. The rotor is driven from the electric motor 6, and here is a device for moving the rings along the shaft axis 7. The housing 1 is connected to the centrifugal fan 8. To prevent the raw gas from flowing between the casing 1 and the rotating rotor 4 there is a seal 9. At the bottom of the casing there is a dust collector 10 with a discharging device II. 72 Gas filter works as follows. The dust-gas flow to be cleaned due to the discharge created by the fan 8 through the inlet enters the housing 1 and moves along a spiral trajectory to the rotor 4 on the shaft 2. The passage through the filter material 5 clears the flow from suspended particles and is discharged through the outlet of the valve torus 8 Solids under the action of a centrifugal floor are dropped to the peripheral zones of the housing 1 and are deposited in the dust collector 10. The wetted particles are trapped on the surface of the filtering material 5. Step by step But the fabric is overgrown with sediment, the filter resistance reaches a critical value. By the device 6, the rings 3 are shifted along the axis of the shaft 2, forming a continuous cylindrical partition, cutting off the centrifugal fan from the filter fabric. Under the action of centrifugal forces, the shape of the tissue varies (Fig. 2). The crust of sediment on its surface is destroyed and thrown against the walls of the housing 1, where it is deposited in the dust collector 10.
