The device relates to life-saving appliances used by firefighters for. rescue people during fires in high-rise buildings. The purpose of the invention is to increase the safety of the descent of a saved person by limiting the speed of his descent. FIG. 1 shows the device, a general view; in fig. 2 shows section A-A in FIG. one; in fig. 3 is a section BB in FIG. 2; in fig. 4 shows a variant of the device with a telescopically sliding beam; in fig. 5 - diagram of the principle of operation of the device. The rescue device contains a rope 1, one end attached by a carbine 2 to the object, and the other carbine 3 to support 4 on the ground, brake cables 5 and 6 and braking mechanism 7, Brake grooves 5 and 6, preferably in the form of tapes. The device is equipped with a traverse 8, installed 1 perpendicularly and symmetrically to the longitudinal axis of the rope 1 and connected to the support 4 on the ground by means of chains 9 and a fastening rope 10. Winch 11 is placed on the traverse 8, with the brake 7 mounted on the traverse 8 and interacting with the winch 11. One of the KOS1SCHOV of each brake cable 5 and 6 is attached to the rope 1 at a distance of several meters from the carbine 2, i.e. outside the reachability of the hands of the person being saved, and the other to Lebeschest 11. At the center of the crosspiece 8 is the gate 12, designed to accommodate the rope 1 and its tension when sagging after the rescue of the next person. The cross member 8 is provided on both sides with brackets 13 for fastening chains 9 and rollers 14 and 15, through which brake cables 5 and 6 are stored. Crosshead 8 is of constant or variable length depending on the height of the buildings. In the latter case, the ae of the traverse 8 is supplied with telescopic sections 16 and 17, which, if necessary, are rotated symmetrically. Winch 11 has a drum 18 with through-diameter holes, through which cables 5 and 6 are passed through. Such placement of trophies 5 and 6 allows one to evenly and symmetrically wind them onto winch 11, thus achieving the perpendicular position of the cross member 8 with respect to rope 1. The device operates as follows. In case of fire, people in distress are delivered with rope 1 with a carbine 2 and rescue vehicles with carbines attached to them, one for each person to be saved. The carabiner 2 is fixed to a strong con-structure of the building or a handy massive object, the fastening cable 10 is also attached to the support 4 on the ground and fixed by the carabiner 3, the rope 1 is pulled by the gate 12, and the cables -5 and 6 are winch 11 the rescued person puts the rescue person on with it, passes the carbine through the rope 1 and leaves the building. The carabiner slides freely along the rope 1 and passes the place of fastening of the cables 5 and b to the rope 1. Starting from this place the carabiner cannot move freely along Caiat 1, since the cables 5 and 6, diverging in different directions, prevent its movement. In order for the carabiner to continue moving along the rope 1, it is necessary that the cables 5 and 6 unwind from the winch 11. The latter, while rotating, tests the resistance of the brake mechanism 7. Having the ability to control the braking force generated by the brake mechanism 7, it is possible to control the descent rate rescued person. After the rescued person reaches the ground, the 1Sarabine C1 is pulled from the cables 5 and 6 and the rope 1, the collar 12 selects the slack of the rope 1, and the cables 5 and 6 wind on the winch 11 to re-operate the device. Then everything repeats. The ability to control the speed of descent of rescued people is achieved by the fact that the brake cables are attached on one side to the anal, and on the other, on a winch that interacts with the brake mechanism located on the traverse. The device is allowed. to get rid of the high speed of descent situations, where the person being rescued is not necessary to descend with high crust.
