Abstract
A METHOD FOR OBTAINING A HUMAN EPIDERMIS CELL CULTURE, including obtaining an initial cell suspension from skin grafts and then cultivating it on a substrate in a nutrient medium 199 or in the Eagle's medium containing vitamins and hydrophysylase, which is designed to increase its physiological activity proliferative activity, the initial cell suspension is obtained from regenerating areas of skin or skin grafts, previously held on the wound burn surface for 1-2 days or in Needle food containing 10–20% human zmbryonic serum, 0.1–0.2 units / ml of insulin and 0.1–0.2 units / ml of somatotropic hormone, and cultured on a substrate of human collagen in a nutrient medium, additionally containing 10 -20% placental serum and 1-2% placental extract.
