775 60 31 Table 2 In the proposed method, a kinescope cullet of the following composition is used,%: SiOj 62.52, PbO 10.68 AljOj 3.47, BaO 2.9, CaO 2.34, MgO 2.02, NajO 6.4, KjO 8.12, 0.15, 0.28, TiOj 0.32, F 0.80, precipitation of abrasive waste containing,%: Si02 96.72, Al2O3.75 CaO 0.03, MgO 0.01, 0, 49, caprolactam production. Pellets are prepared as follows. Glass tube cullet and abrasive wastewater sediments are subjected to the help of 5 10 15 20 25 3Q 94 lu to a specific surface of 5000 cm / g. The mixture of broken glass and abrasive is introduced into an aqueous solution of caprolactam production waste. The resulting mass is placed in an autoclave and subjected to steam and steam processing. After autoclaving, the mass is dried at a moisture content of 25%. The dried mass is granulated on a plate granulator or other known method. The granules are dried to constant weight and calcined, followed by swelling of the granules, then the granules are cooled. In the process of autoclaving, hydrolytic destruction of the initial structure occurs with the formation of sodium meta-and disilicate, zeolite hydroaluminosilicates, the structure and silicates of alkaline earth metals. All neoplasms contain 7-15 water molecules - crystalline and: zeolitic, which are gradually removed during dehydration in the temperature range of 150-800 0. During the drying process of the suspension obtained in the autoclave, partial dehydration occurs, accompanied by an increase in the viscosity of the mass and its structuring as a result of compaction of the gel, polysilicon acid.
