Description

1 Изобретение относитс к электро технике, а именно к электрическим соединител м с контактными элементами , изготовленными из упругой проволоки. Цель изобретени - улучшение ка чества контактного соединени . На фиг. 1 показана одна часть электрического соединител , исходное положение; на Фщг. 2 - электрический соединитель, сочлененное положение. Электрический.соединитель состо из корпуса 1, в полости которого расположен контактный элемент 2, выполненный в виде цилиндрической спиральной пружины, упоры 3, и выполненной в корпусе прорези 4.. Электрический соединитель работает следующим образом. В результате усили , прикладыва емого к упорам 3, последние переме 57 щаютс в прорези 4 в противоположные стороны. При этом происходит деформаци контактного элемента 2, витки которого расход тс . После этого контактные элементы 2 ввод тс в полость друг друга так, чтобы витки одного контактного элемента располагались между витками другого контактного элемента. После сн ти усили , прикладываемого к упорам 3, контактные элементы 2, стрем сь вернутьс в исходное положение, плотно сжимаютс . Дл разьединени контактных элементов 2 необходимо нажать на упоры 3 и развести соедин ющиес элементы в противоположные стороны. The electrical connector works as follows. As a result of the force applied to the stops 3, the latter displaces 57 in slot 4 in opposite directions. When this occurs, deformation of the contact element 2, the turns of which are consumed. After that, the contact elements 2 are introduced into the cavity of each other so that the turns of one contact element are located between the turns of the other contact element. After removing the force applied to the stops 3, the contact elements 2, returning to their original position, tightly compressed. To disconnect the contact elements 2, it is necessary to press the stops 3 and move the connecting elements in opposite directions. The use of the proposed electrical connector design improves the quality of contact and provides a reliable electrical connection.
