бурильной колонны .The invention relates to the drilling of wells, in particular to valves installed in a string of drill pipes. The purpose of the invention is to simplify the valve design. FIG. 1 shows a valve for a drill string, a general view, in section; in fig. 2 - the same, with the locking organ fixed, the initial position; in fig. 3 - the bottom. The valve for the drill string consists of a body 1 with a saddle 2, a spring-loaded plate 3 with a stem 4 on which the sleeve 5 is rigidly located, rigidly connected to the body 1 by means of stops 6. The valve body is made with a thrust collar 7 dL. between the ends of the screwed elements comparing the drill string. All valve parts are locked in the housing 1 by a nut 8. The clap pan has its fixing unit in the open position, made in the form of a collet clamp 9 located at the end of the shank 4 of the plate 3, and the core core 10 suspended on a flexible element 11 having a longer length shank length with collet chuck. The height of the spring 12 is less than the distance from the stops 6 to the lower end of the plate 3 with the valve closed. The valve can be installed in the drill string and above the turbo-drill in a special sub with a trap under the body 1. The valve works as follows. Before installing the valve in the drill string, it is brought to the first working position (Fig. 2), i.e. make it an overflow valve by pressing the plate 3 on top and moving the ball core 10 in the collet clamp 9 of the shank 4. At the same time, a gap is formed between the valve seat 2 (sharp edge) and the plate 3, the spring 12 is compressed and holds the core-ball 10 in the collet clip 9 tail of wick 4. A valve is inserted into the column and lowered into a fluid-filled well. During the descent of the column, the liquid enters the internal cavity of the pipe through the internal cavity of the housing 1 and the gap between the seat 2 and the valve plate 3, and the pressure drop in the clearance from the bottom ensures reliable fixing of the core ball 10 in the collet clamp 9, which prevents the ball core from falling from the collet clamping during shocks and bumps that occur during the descent of the column into the well. After the descent of the column to a predetermined depth pumped fluid (drilling fluid) through the column from top to bottom. In this case, a pressure differential occurs over the valve plate 3, the spring 12 is compressed, the plate 3 with the shank 4 is displaced downward, and the collet clamp 9 releases the ball 10 which falls out of the collet clamp 9 and hangs freely on the suspension 11, being outside the collet clamp ( Fig. 1). As a result, the valve is automatically transferred to the second working position — it becomes an ordinary check valve. Now, in the event of a reverse (out of the annular) fluid flow, the plate 3 together with the shank 4 rises up to the stop in the saddle 2 of the housing 1 and reliably closes the internal cavity of the drill string. When the drill string is raised (to change the bit), the valve will bypass the fluid from the internal channel of the pipes into the annulus (it will again become bypass), since the length of the spring 12 is less than the distance from the stop 6 to the lower end of the plate 3, the spring does not press the valve plate 3. The valve is brought to the first working position on the surface, after lifting the drill string.
