Description
111 The invention relates to high-voltage engineering and can be used to determine the resistance to discharges of insulating structures of overhead power lines and substations made of polymeric materials, glass, electrical concrete and other insulating materials. The aim of the invention is to increase the reliability of determining the resistance of electrical insulating structures to surface partial discharges under conditions of a high degree of atmospheric pollution, reducing the dimensions of the test site. The drawing shows the layout of the polymer insulating phase-ground linear insulator on an open test site . On the portal 1, the test insulator 2 is fixed. Moistening the insulator 2 is performed using a sprayer 3. High voltage is supplied from the installation 4. The design test in accordance with the proposed method is performed as follows: the test structure is placed on the outdoor platform in the working position ; local and one-time wetting of the surface of the insulator 2 with a saturated solution of CaCl is carried out using a sprayer 3; carried out by 1dt, step-by-step recovery of the voltage up to the value (1.1-1.3) 1 for insulating structures phase earth or (1.1 - 1.3) in nominal voltage) for insulating structures phase-phase, selecting the voltage level and their duration so that the length of the surface partial discharges at the time of voltage rise does not exceed 1/10 the length of the insulating part of the structure ;. the structure is maintained under test voltage (1.1-1.3) in an atmosphere of air with a relative humidity of 60-95% for 24 hours and is visually inspected. The magnitude of the test voltage in the range of a predetermined range (1.1-1.3) is chosen greater for a lower value of the relative humidity of the environment. For example, at a relative humidity of 60%, the test voltage is 1,3-Upag; with relative 95% of the test humidity is accepted .1.1 Ur The proposed method allows creating time-stable partial discharges equivalent to the disruptive capacity of discharges observed in conditions of IV-VI degrees of atmospheric pollution, conduct testing of the highest class structures voltages (750–1800 kV) without the additional cost of creating special closed fog chambers, which are large in size and equipped with an input of a cushion resistant design for a voltage of 1800 kV.
