Изобретение относитс к устройствам дл хранени и транспортировани древесных заготовок, в частности к устройствам дл проверки ванчесов при производстве строганного шпона, а также фанерного сырь (чураков) при производстве лущеного шпона. Цел изобретени - расширение эксплуатационных возможностей и улучшение условий труда. На фиг. 1 показан контейнер, общий вид спереди; на фиг. 2 - разрез А-А на фиг. 1; на фиг. 3 - упор вид Б на Лиг. 2; на фиг. 4 - вид А на фиг. 1; на фиг. 3 - грузова пет л с фиксатором, узел I на Фиг. 1; на Лиг. 6 - вид Г на Лиг. 5. Контейнер устроен следук цим образом. Каркас контейнера выполнен решет чатой Ц-образной формы, включающий основание 1 и боковые стенки 2, содержащие угловые стойки 3, выполнен ные из П-образного проката, кажда из которых внизу посредством косынок 4 закреплена на основании 1, а вверху соединена с горизонтальной балкой 5. В средней части каждой стойки 3 закреплен упор 6, снабженный отверстием 7, сквозь которое пропущена гибка (канат, цепь) подвижна т га 8, на нижнем конце кото рой закреплен противовес 9, контакт рующий в рабочем положении с упором 6 и исключающий выход т ги 8 из отверсти 7 , упора 6. Верхний конец т ги 8 -зьтолнен в виде грузовой пет ли 10, предназначенной дл строплени крюком подъемного механизма (не показано). Кроме того, кажда стойк 3- ниже упора 6 закрыта заглушкой 11 и составл ет-короб, в котором перемещаетс противовес 9, а на верхнем конце каждой стойки 3 закреплен Фик сатор 12, удерживающий подвижную грузовую петлю 10 в верхнем рабочем положении. Дп обеспечени жесткост контейнера в загруженном состо нии он снабжен гибкими (канат, цепь) ст жками 13, в данном случае закреп ленными на укосинах 14 боковых сте1 82 нок 2. При этом ст жки 13 во врем загрузки контейнера наход тс между ревесными заготовками 15. Исключа потемнение древесных заготовок 15 (so врем их гидротермической обработки ) от соприкосновени с металлическими детал ми контейнера, последние обрабатываютс составом дл заитного покрыти (марка ТУ13УССР 84-81-ОП) ка месте изготовлени контейнера . Контейнер используют следующим образом. Ванчесы 15 после их формировани (вьшиливани ) электротельфером укладывают на основание 1 контейнера. При достижении уровн , где закреплены ст жки 13, свободные концы последних перевод т к противоположной боковой стенке 2 и там закрепл ют их, после чего продолжают укладку ванчесов 15 до высоты, равной длине стоек 3. Во врем загрузки контейнера грузовые петли 10 наход тс в нижнем положении, т.е. поко тс на упорах 6. При установке загруженного контейнера в проварочный бассейн опущенными крюками подъемного механизма до уровн нижнего расположени подвижных грузовых пеп-ель 10 захватывают последние и производ т подъем. При этом гибкие т ги 8 выдвигаютс через отверсти 7 до соприкосновени противовесов 9 с упорами 6. Исключение дальнейшего выдвигани т г 8 из-за контакта упоров 6 с противовесами 9 предопредел ет подн тие груженого контейнера , возможность его перемещени и опускани в проварочный бассейн . После растроповки контейнера грузовые петли 10 устанавливают между фиксаторами 12. Все операции при подъеме контейнера из проварочного бассейна повтор ютс в обратном пор дке с конечным сн тием крюков с подвижной грузовой петли 10 и укладкой последних на упоры 6.
