The invention relates to pump engineering, in particular, to the design of a pneumatic replacement pump, and can be used in designing systems for transporting fluids in industry, construction and agriculture. The purpose of the invention is to reduce the gas flow rate by preventing the effect of the gas jet on the liquid in the working chambers. The drawing shows a pneumatic replacement pump. The pneumatic replacement pump contains a number of working chambers I and 2 with alternating pagnetapi and liquid suction cycles, equipped with suction 3 and 4 and 5 and 6 discharge openings with shut-off parts 7-10 and connected with pneumatic tubing 11 and 12 with a source of compressed gas (not shown ) through the distributor 13. Above each working chamber 1 and 2 on the pneumatic pipes 11 and 12, tanks 14 and 15 are installed with perforated bottoms 16 and 17, above which flexible plates 18 and 19 are fixed. In chambers 1 and 2 there are floats 20 and 21, each of which from interaction of the stops 22 and 23, the rods 24 and 25. The cameras 1 and 2 are connected to a water inlet conduit 26. The displacement pump operates as follows. Since the working chambers 1 and 2 and the tanks 14 and 15 communicate with the atmosphere and are below the liquid level, they will be filled with water through the holes 3 and 4 due to hydrostatic pressure. Compressed air from a source of compressed air enters the distributor 13 and 12 through it through a pneumatic pipe 11 into the container 14 and the chamber 1, and the chamber 2 and the container 15 are connected to the atmosphere. Under air pressure, the locking member 7 will close the suction inlet 3, the water, opening the locking member 9, will rush through the discharge opening 5 through the pipeline 26 to the water intake. With a decrease in the water pressure in chamber 1, float 20 will drop. When the water level reaches the lower minimum, float 20 will press down on stop 22 and there will be no sweat 24, distributor 13 will switch the air supply to chamber 2, and connect chamber 1 to the atmosphere. This is the first cycle. With the displacement of water from chamber 2 with air and filling of chamber 1 with water, the distributor 13 will switch the air supply to chamber 1 and connect chamber 2 to the atmosphere. In order to reduce the gas flow, tanks 14 and 15 are designed, which are filled with water, like chambers 1 and 2, during the suction cycle. When switching the distributor 13, the air stream, for example, through the pneumatic tubing 11, rushes into the container 14. As a result of this pressure, part of the water from chamber 1 will move through the pipeline 26 to the water intake, and the water pressure will cover the perforated bottom 16 with the flexible plate 18, and through the remaining slot in the perforated the bottom 16 water will gradually pass from tank 14 into chamber 1. As pressure in chamber 1 and tank 14 is balanced, flexible plate 18 will tend to return to its original position due to its elasticity, while Stepwise, the perforated bottom 16 will be slightly opened and air will flow evenly into chamber 1.
