Description

Предлагаетс  устройство дл  автоматического отключени  сварочного трансформатора от сети при прекращени  горени  дуги и дл  включени  трансформатора в сеть при замыкании электрода с изделием. Известные устройства такого рода, содержащие контактор, разрывающий первичную и вторичную цепи трансформатора, реле тока в сварочной цепи и вспомогательный трансформатор дл  питани  цепей управлени  через выпр митель, не устран ют потерь вспомогательного трансформатора . Дл  устранени  указанного недостатка предлагаетс  вспомогательный трансформатор включить в сеть через нормально закрытый блок-контакт контактора.A device is proposed for automatically disconnecting the welding transformer from the network when the arc stops burning and for switching the transformer into the network when the electrode is closed with the product. Сварочный трансформатор / подключаетс  к сети через контактор 2, предохранители 3 и рубильник 4. Вторична  цепь сварочного трансформатора включена на изделие 5 и электрододержатель 6 через дроссель 7, контактор 2 и реле 8 тока. Катушка 9 контактора получает питание от сети через предохранители 10, сопротивление // и нормально открытые контакты 12 реле 8 тока и контакты 13 реле 14 времени. Вспомогательный трансформатор 15 включен в сеть через нормально закрытый блок-контакт 16 контактора.
