The invention relates to non-destructive testing, can be used to measure the thickness of dielectric coatings on an electrically conductive basis, and is an improvement to the device according to the basic author. St. No. 905620. The purpose of the invention is to improve the accuracy of measurements. Fig. 1 shows the structural diagram of the dielectric gauge thickness gauge; in fig. 2 shows the dependence of the thickness measurement thickness on the control mode and the electromagnetic parameters of the substrate. Tolgtsinomer dielectric coatings contain a series-connected auto-oscillator 1, an overhead eddy current transducer 2, an amplitude detector 3, an adder 4 and an indicator 5, an amplitude-phase detector 6 connected by signal inputs to the output of a surface eddy-current preformer 2, a reference input through a phase rotator 7 - the output of the auto-generator of the torus 1 and the output to the second input of the adder 4, the multiplier 8 connected by the first input to the output of the amplitude detector 3, the second input to the output of the amplitude-phase detector 6 and the output house - to the third input of the adder 4. The dielectric thickness gauge; coating works as follows. The input voltage from the output of the superimposed eddy current transducer 2, powered by a sinusoidal current from the oscillator 1, is simultaneously applied to the inputs of the amplitude-phase detector 6 and the amplitude detector | AZ The reference voltage of the phase-sensitive detector 6 is set in phase with the excitation current of the surface eddy current transducer 2 using phase shifter 7. The constant voltages from the outputs of both detectors are fed to the outputs of multiplier 8, the transfer function of which can be written as follows: where K is transfer coefficient; and, and „are the output voltages of the amplitude-phase detector 6 and the amplitude detector 3, respectively. The output voltages of both detectors and multiplier 6 are fed to the inputs of adder 4. The transfer coefficients of adder 4 for each of the inputs can be chosen so that its output voltage supplied to indicator 5 is almost independent of changes in the specific electrical conductivity and magnetic permeability of the material bases in a wide range and depends on the thickness of the dielectric coating. The possibility of detuning from the influence of the variation of the electromagnetic parameters of the base is confirmed by the dependences shown in FIG. 2, where the following designations are introduced: h () / 2R, h, 2 P3 1 either from the winding centers of the surface eddy current transducer to the electrically conductive surface; R is the equivalent radius of the surface eddy current transducer; RVuj | aj (5 / (U- is a generalized parameter characterizing the effect of electrical conductivity g and the relative magnetic permeability jU. Of the base material; u) is the circular frequency of the drive current of the converter; jUjj is the magnetic constant. It blows that the maximum measurement error associated with the variation of f and (5) does not exceed 1%. Therefore, the correction introduced by means of the multiplier allows the methodological measurement error to be reduced by at least 4 times.
