Description
В примере 2 экстрагент - дибутилфталат (ДБФ), в примере 3 - диметилфталат (ДМФ).The invention relates to the production of synthetic fibers obtained by molding from solutions of polymers in an organic solvent into a precipitation bath containing a precipitant polymer solvent and an inorganic salt. During the spinning process, the fibers from the precipitation bath vary. Moreover, the spinal bath is contaminated with corrosion products of the equipment material: (iron compounds) and nonvolatile and nonvolatile impurities — low molecular weight polymer fractions and their decomposition products (NMF). Dp maintaining a constant composition and cleaning it from impurities, a part of the precipitation bath (spent precipitation bath) is spent on regeneration. The purpose of the invention is to increase the degree of purification of the solvent, simplifying the process. The invention is illustrated by the following examples. Example 1. A spent precipitation bath containing dimethylacetamide (DMAA), isobutyl alcohol (IHD), lithium chloride, Fe, and HMF is distilled under a vacuum of 13.3 kPa and a temperature of 60-100 C. From 100 kg of a precipitation bath, 84.2 kg are obtained the distillate of the composition of IHD and DMAA, which is sent to update the sedimentation bath, and 15.8 kg of the bottom residue of the composition DMAA,, and NMF. An additional substance, tributyl phosphate (TBP) is added to the bottom residue in a ratio of TBP to the bottom residue 1.8: 1. The resulting precipitate is separated from the liquid phase by filtration. A sediment weighing 0.1005 kg, containing LiCl, DMAA, TBP and Fe, is sent for destruction. Filtrate 44.0 KG; containing DMAA, TBP, LiCl and MFD, subjected to distillation at a pressure of 1 kPa to distill off DMAA. The distillate obtained in the course of distillation in the amount of 14.539 kg, containing DMAA and TBP, is returned to production to prepare a spin solution. The bottoms weighing 29.461 kg, containing TBP and precipitated LiCl and MFD, are first centrifuged to separate LiCl, which after washing is used to prepare a solvent composition, and then filtered to remove MFM from the precipitate. The resulting filtrate, 28.277 kg, is returned to the stage of treatment of the bottom residue, and the precipitate is sent for destruction. , The compositions of the solutions according to the stages of the regeneration process for examples 2 and 3 are given in the table. In example 2, the extractant is dibutyl phthalate (DBP), in example 3 - dimethyl phthalate (DMF).
