Такой режим наблнщаетс при работе преобразовател с углом сС 7 90 (двигатель двойного питани работает при скорости, ниже синхронной ) .The invention relates to electrical engineering, in particular to a directly coupled frequency converter used for frequency control of an induction motor from a stator with a short-circuited rotor or from the side of a rotor when the stator is connected to an AC network. The aim of the invention is to expand the range of use of the converter by improving its frequency properties. . Figure 1 shows the power part of the converter; Fig. 2 is a block diagram of a frequency converter control system implementing the proposed method; FIG. 3 shows timing diagrams explaining the operation of the control system; 4 shows timing diagrams for the formation of the output currents of the converter. In the measured switching section, the output from the work of the converter's valve group is transferred to the inverter mode with the control angle f the minimum angle of control of the valve groups in the inverter mode, which prevents the inverter from tilting, and the valve group included in the maximum rectifying mode control angle (wo (5 is the minimum control angle in the rectifying mode). The group not participating in the switching works with the control angle oiy necessary to provide the specified current After the commutation is completed, the exit group from the work is turned off, and the incoming one starts to work with the current (set) control angle The stated control principle involves four stages of control of each valve group. First stage. In accordance with the control signal about the need to turn on this group (in the case of a dual power motor, this is determined by the voltage on the motor rings) control thyrs must be applied to the thyristors of this group. But the current sensor of the previous group gives a signal o. the presence of current in it, therefore, on the mirrors of the dayna group, impulses with a control angle are applied. The second stage. The signal about the necessity of the work of this group continues to operate, but the current sensor of the previous group gives a signal of zero current, and pulses with a control angle o are received on the ± iristors of this group. The third stage. They remove the signal about the need for this group, but the current sensor gives a signal about the presence of current in it, and the thyristors are given signals of the inverter mode with the control angle / 3,. Fourth stage. There is no signal about the need for operation of this group, and the current sensor causes signals of zero current in this group, the pulses are removed. . A frequency converter that implements a control system with two systems contains a transformer G of secondary windings, between which zero: i: smoothing inductance 2 is included. Three three-eight out of three thyristors are connected to each three-phase secondary winding of the transformer. , 5 and 6, 7 and 8 are connected in series, the common points are the output outputs of the converter. The frequency converter outputs connected to the motor 9. In each output phase sensors included 10 current. A current sensor 1I is included in the smoothing circuit. At the input of the current regulator 12 (Fig. 2 compares the signals of the amplitude of the alternating current and the signal of the current sensor 11. The output signal of the current regulator 12 is fed to the input of SIFU 13 .. At the output of SIFU 13, three sequences of pulses are obtained with control angles OLf), ui and 0, and corresponds to the minimum angle of delay on the conditions of inclusion, and - the minimum angle of advance on the conditions of switching off; This control angle corresponds to the output voltage of current regulator 12. To the input of the master oscillator 14 signal setting frequency,. At the output of block 14 receive pulses whose frequency is proportional to U. These pulses control the operation of the counting ring 15. Accordingly, the rise of the block 14 is connected to the input of the ring 15, the output of which receives six signals of duration (m is the period of the output frequency), corresponding to the setting of current conduction by ventilating groups 3-8. The SIFU 13, the scaling ring 15 and the current sensors 10 are connected to the inputs of the logic device 16, from the outputs of which the signals are fed to the inputs of the transistors of the converter. The diagrams (Fig. 3) denote oi (j, o (.-., / HI pulse sequences used to control the NIN of one thyristor of group 4). This period is the frequency of the network. The same pulse is used to control the thyristors of the same AC phase. networks, but in groups 6 and 8. At the output of SIFU 13, six such sequences are obtained for controlling the eighth by two thyristors of the frequency converter. At the output of block 15, six signals of duration T, / 3 (T, period of the output frequency are received. Signals are shown according to which and to conduct a current of valve groups 4, 3, and 6. The load current sensors introduce logic signals AY / - current of the corresponding valve group, while Af is a logical signal of current conduction by group 4 corresponding to current I. (figure 3). The device 16 has eighteen by the number of thyristors, fig.I logical combinator circuits operating in the same way according to the following principle: When the A.JT signal appears (fig.Z), the thyristors of group 6 are pulsed to, they continue to arrive until 11 the current from group 4 does not drop to zero .. In the same BpeMj} if there is a signal, there is no signal and if there is an A-f signal, the thyristors of group 4 are given f pulses. When the signal A is removed, t are not transmitted to the thyristors of group 4, and the thyristors of group 6 are fed od. Thus, for the group in question, three control sections are formed according to the following logic diagram of the AH, AiT, X, Due to inductance 2, the motor current without pulsations, the current value being regulated by varying the value of оС signal from the output of the current regulator 12. The invention provides for the expansion of the frequency range of the converter, the improvement of the static and dynamic characteristics by minimizing the switching angle of the load current by ensuring the maximum voltage of the converter acting in the switching circuit. In addition, the reliability of the converter is improved, especially when the load on the converter prevents switching. Such a mode is observed when the converter is operating with a CC angle of 7 90 (the dual-feed motor operates at a speed lower than the synchronous one).
