. 11 The invention relates to temperature measurement and control and can be used to visually and automatically signal that an object reaches a predetermined temperature in the presence of electric fields, acoustic oscillations, vibrations, accelerations, low illumination, high temperatures, high humidity in various environments. The aim of the invention is to improve the reliability of the alarm and safety of operation. The drawing shows schematically the proposed temperature detector. The indicator contains a housing 1, made of a diamagnetic material, a thermosensitive element 2, which is a constant coupling and made of a ferromagnetic material, with a certain Curie point corresponding to the controlled temperature, and hermetically fixed on the housing through a thermally insulating gasket 3, the movable station This magnet is made in the form of a piston 4, which divides with its bottom surface a volume bounded by a housing, a temperature-sensitive element with a heat-insulating gasket and zhno fixed in the housing base permanent magnet 5 into two cavities. Through holes are made in the body, the first hole 6 is located in the one cavity close to the bottom surface of the heat insulating gasket, the second hole 7 is close to the top surface of the fixed magnet fixed in the body. An additional bore 8 is located between the bore 6 and the bottom surface of the piston 4. A tube 9 is hermetically connected to the first bore 6 by a tube 9, to the other end of which a pressure recorder bridged, for example, in the form of a sylphon 10, is attached. 11, which at the other end is hermetically connected to the opening 8. Both cavities, tubes 9 and 11, of the pressure recorder are filled with a gaseous medium, and the opposite poles of the temperature-sensitive element 2 and the piston .4 are the same. ... The temperature detector works in the following way. 3 In the initial state, when the value of the controlled temperature is less than the predetermined T QK, the piston A is acted by a repulsive force from the side of the constant magnet 5. In a certain position of the piston 4, the indicated forces are balanced. At the same time, the opening 8 is not blocked by the piston 4 and is between the opening 6 and the upper surface of the piston 4, which results in equalizing the pressure of the gaseous medium in both cavities from the alarm device, tubes 9 and 11, the pressure recorder 10, which shows this pressure P - signal condition If there are vibrations and accelerations that cause the piston 4 to move relative to the equilibrium position, the gaseous medium is squeezed out of the ONE cavity into another through the tube 11. At the same time, the reading of the pressure recorder 10 does not change due to the choice of the diameter of the hole 7 and 8 (respectively, the tube 11) with respect to the diameter of the hole 6 (tube 8) and the location of the hole 8 relative to the hole 6 and the piston 4, which is determined both by the possible nature of external influences and by the permissible pressure level of the gas medium in first cavity. When the controlled temperature rises and reaches the Curie point T, Qj, the temperature-sensitive element goes into a paramagnetic state. This leads to the imbalance of the forces acting on the piston A, and moving it to a new equilibrium state. In this case, before the piston 4 closes the orifice 8 as it moves to the new equilibrium position, the gaseous medium is pumped from one cavity to another through the tube 11 without changing the pressure recorder reading. When the piston 4 overlaps the hole 8, the redistribution of the gaseous medium between the cavities stops and pressure in the cavity connected to the pressure recorder increases to a new equilibrium position of the piston 4, in which the pressure recorder is shown. By changing the pressure of the initial redistribution of the gas medium between the cavities when the piston 4 moves, the pressure P is less than the corresponding pressure in the well-known 3117478 device (under other equal conditions). This reduction is governed by the choice of the diameters of the holes 7 and 8 (tubes 11) and the location of the hole 8. 34 As the temperature decreases and reaches T, the ferromagnetic properties of the temperature-sensitive element are restored and the piston 4 returns to its original state.
