Abstract

A METHOD FOR DIAGNOSTIC FOR THE REGENERATION OF A DAMAGED NERVE by causing pain when tapping the innervated area, characterized in that, for early diagnosis, pressure is applied to the muscle, innervated by my affected nerve, in the presence of pain, the anesthetic drug is introduced into the trunk region of the human lesion, if there is pain, in an injured human, a natural nerve is found. nerve by the disappearance of the pain response from muscle compression.

Description

Invention relates to medicine, namely to neurosurgery.

The purpose of the invention is early linearity.

The method is carried out as follows.

During surgery, a nerve is exposed in the area of damage. Depending on the nature of the natural process, causing the impairment of the function of the nerve (rupture, compression), niozv) dt O11er 1ii - restore the anatomical integrity of the nerve, eliminate compression. Depending on the nature of natology, a diagnostic period is chosen. When the nerve stem is compressed on the 10th day after the operation, pressure is applied to the muscle innervated by the affected nerve, and if a painful reaction is observed, an anesthetic drug, for example, trimecain solution, is injected into the affected nerve. If there is no pain reaction in the same muscle, the initial stage of nerve regeneration is judged.

Similarly, the method is carried out with an anatomical rupture of the nerve trunk, but at different times. The symptom of pain in the corresponding muscle appears much later, usually within 2-3 months. until the appearance of voluntary movements.
