1 Изобретениеотноситс к способам изготовлени стекл нных изделий, например ампул, из предварительно отфорйбванйой заготовки с последующей ее перефорйб&кбй и может быть использовано дл изготовлени стекл нньрс изделий н медицинской, химик фармацевтическбй, стекл нной, пар (|номерной и других смежных отрасл х. Целью изобретени вл етс снижение трудоемкости процесса изготов лени ампул за счет уменьшени времени разогрева узкого участка стекл нной трубки дл последующего образовани - ггережимаи ликвидации опера ции раст жки капилл ра ампул и обес печение контрол первого вскрыти ампулы с препаратом На чертеже показана схема осуществлени способа. Способ изготовлени ампул осуществл ют по переделам. Сначала происходит разогрев мерной стекл н922 ной трубки горелками в четырех зонах 1, затем осуществл етс формование пережимов дл вскрыти 2 и дл запайки 3 профилированными роликами, причем пережимы можно получить либо одновременно, либо последовательно. Полученна двойна ампула-заготовка разрезаетс горелкой 4, причем сначала отрезаетс нижн ампула 5, затем верхн 6 и формируетс донышко новой заготовки 7.
