Abstract
(Л1. METHOD FOR EXTRACTING CALCIUM FLUORIDE FROM FLUORINE AND PHOSPHORUS-CONTAINING WASTE WATER, which includes treating calcium with a reagent at pH 3-4 and then separating the precipitate and neutralizing water, in order to increase and decrease calcium fluoride in the precipitate amounts of impurities of phosphorus compounds, the treatment is carried out in the presence of sodium silicofluoride and ammonium, introduced in a ratio of 0.1: 1 to the phosphorus compounds contained in the wastewater. 2. The method according to claim 1, of which is also the fact that mother liquors of the production of these salts are used as sodium or ammonium silicofluorides. (L

The invention relates to the main chemical industry, in particular to the field of purification of fluorine-containing and phosphorus-containing wastewater, and can be used to produce calcium fluoride concentrate 5, used in cement industry as a calcining mineralizer, as well as for disposal of wastewater.
The aim of the invention is to increase calcium fluoride in the sediment and reduce B; There are amounts of impurities in it. Medium phosphorus.
15Method 6) 1 as follows. 15
7-9.Wastewater containing fluorine and phosphorus compounds is treated with calcium compounds to a pH of 3-4. After 15-20 minutes after the pH has been adjusted, a solution of silicofluoride is introduced. The precipitate formed in the course of 20 is filtered and washed, and the filtrate and washings are neutralized in the second stage with calcium hydroxide to pH 7-9.
Example 1. Take 8 liters of waste 25 water having a composition, mg / l: F 6560; PjOy 4800; Si02 2425; SO 3540, neutralized with calcium hydroxide to pH 3.5; sodium silicofluoride solution is introduced at a ratio F | 1: 0.5. The precipitate formed in the system is separated on a filter and washed with an ammonium fluoro solution of ammonium idifluoride. The washed precipitate contains (wt.% In terms of dry substance): F 38,2; . 1.6; SiO 1.1; , 7. The filtrate and washings are neutralized with lime milk to a pH of 7.5. Other examples of the method are given in the table. From the data of the table-it follows that when the ratio of P, -SiF is more than 1: 0.1, the rate of interaction of calcium phosphates with silicofluorides decreases, as a result of which, during the course of the technological process, it is not possible to obtain sufficiently pure calcium fluoride precipitate (Example 7) . When the ratio: SiF is less than 1: 1, the residual fluorine content in the clarified water exceeds the maximum permissible concentration for process water (example 8 without improving the quality of the product.
