е. сопротивление практически не увеличиваетс .4ik 1 The invention relates to chemical and cryogenic machinery and can be used, for example, in air separation plants. The purpose of the invention is to reduce the metal consumption, the labor intensity of manufacturing and increase the productivity of the apparatus by increasing the working volume, as well as ensuring explosion-proof operation of the apparatus on a fluid flow with hydrocarbon impurities. The drawing shows the adsorber, a General view in section. The adsorber contains body 1, including shell 2, upper 3 and lower 4 bottoms, feed nozzles 5 and outlet 6 streams, filled in. it has an adsorbent 7, the upper 8 and the lower 9 are perforated lattices, the latter being voided in the form of a sphere with a radius of curvature equal to the radius of curvature of the lower bottom of the apparatus. The supply nozzle 5 is passed through the bottom into the apparatus and connected to the lower perforated grille. In the supply nozzle 5 on the lateral surface inside the housing, grooves 10 are made with an area equal to or more than the cross sectional area of this nozzle. The bottom perforated grille 9 with the feed nozzle 5 attached to it is installed in the housing so that the lower edges of the grooves 10 made on the nozzle are located at the level of the lower part of the bottom of the apparatus, which allows complete drainage of, for example, cryogenic liquid thus ensuring explosion safety at the time of stopping the device. Making the grille with a radius equal to the radius of curvature of the bottom, easy to manufacture, ensures the strength of the grille — for small thicknesses and a uniform gap between the grille and the bottom. In addition, the execution of the perforated lattice in the form of a sphere with a radius of curvature equal to the radius of curvature of the bottom plate is selected from a relative technical solution. . It is known that the allowable value of pressure on a spherical bottom is determined by the formula ГР 2lSj-С) L - () - allowable pressure on the bottom; S is the bottom thickness; 3 permissible value of the strength characteristics of the material; V -. Coefficient taking into account the size of the perforation; С - increase in metal corrosion; R is the radius of curvature of the bottom. It follows from the formula that the smaller the radius R, the greater the load that the bottom can hold, and for a given load the smaller its thickness S can be, i.e. R bottoms are selected optimal for each unit. A decrease in the lattice radius relative to the bottom of the apparatus leads to an increase in the height C (curvature) of the lattice, and accordingly, the height of the apparatus as a whole. An increase in the radius of the lattice leads to its thickening, which is not advisable. In addition, the use of a grid with a sphere radius equal to the bottom radius allows using the same dies and other tooling for making the grid as for making the bottom of the machine, which also leads to a decrease in labor intensity and increase in manufacturability. Thus, the lattice Curvature radius, equal to the radius of curvature of the bottom of the apparatus, is optimal. If the groove cross-sectional area is equal to the nozzle cross-sectional area, then the local resistance coefficient for a sharp change in the cross-section is zero. When the ratio of the cross-section of the grooves F to the cross-sectional area of the nozzle F 0.5 - 0.6, i.e. F (j (j is less, the resistance coefficient is S 0.25. With a ratio of --- - 0.7-0.8, i.e. Ff, pj is greater, the resistance coefficient is 0.05, i.e., the resistance practically does not increase .
