The invention relates to a bzfovoy technique and relates to devices for measuring the axial load on the bit. The aim of the invention is to improve the accuracy of measurements by eliminating the influence of in-pipe and saturation pressures that cause the deformation of the elongation element and also the generation of the effect of hydrostatic pressure. : yeni 9 causing deformation compression. FIG. 1 shows a structural diagram of the described device; in fig. 2 is a block diagram of an electronic flea. The downhole axial load measurement device consists of an elastic element 1, narrowed in the middle part, sensors 2 of strain measurements, located on the outer side surface of the elastic element 1 in its narrowed part. Strain gauges can be used as strain gauges. The cups 3 and 4 are sealed inside and outside of the elastic part of the elastic element 1, forming together with the body of the constricted part two concentric raised cavities A and B, the stiffness of the cups is chosen so that the maximum possible deflection of the walls of the cups from the external pressure does not exceed air gaps between the cups and the constricted part of the elastic element. This eliminates the effect on the body of an elastic element by radially directed forces arising from the effect of pressure on the glasses. In the thickened part of the other element 1, there is a hole 5j communicating with cavity A, where sensors 2 are installed. Hole 5 contains an additional elastic element 6 made of the same material as the main one and having the shape of a stepped cylinder. The elastic element 6 rests on the bottom of the hole 5 with a smaller end. Sensors 7 for measuring strain are fastened on the forming surface of a smaller diameter of element 6. Tension transducers can also be used as sensors for measuring deformations. The elastic element 6 is sealed along the forming surface of a larger diameter in the opening 5 and communicates with the annular space with an end of a larger diameter. D - ,, 7 Ratio of areas larger () / TlB s „4 and smaller (the cross-section of the additional elastic element 6 must be equal to the ratio of the areas of the sections of the main elastic element in the thickened and narrowed 44 parts. Electronic unit placed in the conveyor 8 (FIG. 2) consists of a bridge circuit formed by resistors R9 and R10 strain gauge transducers used to measure the deformations of the main elastic element 1, and resistors R11 and R 12 strain gauge deformers designed to measure the deformations of the additional elastic element 6. For pi The bridge circuit uses a variable (two-pole) rectangular voltage, generated by the power supply unit 13 (for example, a multivibrator), which is connected to the supply bridge diagonal through a matching amplifier 14. The measuring bridge diagonal is connected to the phase-sensitive rectifier 1 through 1 16 through the linear amplifier 15 The phase-sensitive rectifier 16 consists of two keys, implemented, for example, on transistors. The controller inputs the keys to the power supply unit 13. The outputs of the phase-sensitive rectifier 16 are connected to the input of the adder 17, which is a differential operational amplifier. The output of amplifier 15 is connected to a conversion unit 18, which encodes the output signal of amplifier 15 for transmission to the communication line. The block diagram, depending on the type of strain gauge sensors and their inclusion, can have another design effect, which subtracts from the signal corresponding to the complete deformation of the elastic element, the part that is a consequence of the buoyant force. The device works as follows. As part of the drill tool string, the device is mounted directly above the downhole motor and, therefore, takes up axial load. transferred to the webfyro by drill string to lot. In order to create conditions under which the deformation of the elastic element measured by sensors would characterize only the axial load, the possibility of exposure to hydraulic pressure should be eliminated. To this end, the constricted part of the elastic element 1 is enclosed from toothed and in-line pressures by rigid cups 3, 4, sealed inside and outside the elastic element, forming together with it two concentric annular air-filled cavities. The cups bend under the influence of external overpressure by a value less than the radial clearances between the cups and the constricted part of the elastic element, and thus the pressure inside the pipes and in the annulus cannot cause its deformation. The effect on deformation, in addition to the axial load, is also exerted by buoyancy, directly proportional to the hydrostatic pressure. But the same pressure also acts on the larger End of the additional elastic element 6 which is hermetically mounted in the blind hole 5 of the thickened part of the elastic element 1 up to the stop with a minor end in the bottom of this hole. Under the influence of this pressure, the surface of a smaller section of the additional elastic element is deformed, and since the main and additional elastic elements are made of the same material and have the same ratio of pressure-receiving areas, the sensors 7 installed on the additional element 6 measure those the same deformations under pressure as 294 and sensors 2, mounted on the main elastic element 1, perceiving the axial load. Thus, it is possible to free the results of measurements of the deformation of the main elastic element from the influence of pressure. The strain gauges 2 and 7, for example strain gauges) J9, RIO, and R11, R12, are connected by a bridge circuit, which is powered by alternating (two-pole) right-handed voltage from power supply unit 13. An alternating voltage is removed from the measuring diagonal of this bridge, the amplitude of which is proportional to the true value of the axial load. From the output of the bridge, the alternating voltage is amplified by the amplifier 15 and fed to the phase-sensitive rectifier 16. At the phase-sensitive meter 16 by means of keys controlled by anti-phase voltage from the power supply unit 13, the output signal of the amplifier 15 is separated by a sign and is converted into two symmetrical, of opposite, constant voltages, which are fed further to the inputs of the adder 17, where they are algebraically summed. The received signal from amplifier 15 is fed to a conversion unit 18 in which it is converted into a form suitable for transmission over a communication line to the ground surface. In the proposed device, the accuracy of measuring the axial load is significantly improved by protecting the elastic element with rigid glasses and air-filled cavities from the influence of internal and annular pressure, as well as taking into account and compensating for the effect that the force exerts on the measurement results.
