Description
The invention relates to the construction, in particular to the construction of wall blocks, for example from natural stone, and can be used in the construction of buildings and structures. The purpose of the invention is to increase the strength and seismic stability of block wall enclosures. The drawing shows a wall block perspective view. Wall block 1 consists of cylindrical elements 2 laid horizontally on top of each other. The interlocking of the elements among themselves is provided by the masonry mortar 3. On the side surfaces of the block, reinforced concrete framing 4 is made with dimensional and protrusions 5 and b, and a groove of complex shape 7 formed between them, formed by the contact of the semi-circles of the constituent elements 2. As a result, the groove 7 It has a variable cross-section, which increases the adhesion of elements 2 to masonry mortar 3. The wall block is assembled from elements and framed with reinforced concrete in forms. The forming of composite blocks from cylindrical stone is carried out according to the following technology. A package of cylindrical stones, mounted on a pallet in the mine and having gaps between the constituent elements due to their shape, is installed in the form of a tong clamp. The grip has a wavy working surface that repeats the outlines of the package surface and two limiters for the end surfaces of the package. Metal fittings are laid along the perimeter of the block. Then a cement-sand mortar M50 with a sediment cone of OK-10 cm, filling the gaps between the stones, is put into the form by a concrete paver of type SMZH-166. After vibrating, the solution is recharged for 1-2 minutes and the vibration is repeated. The form is then applied to a fasting post, where it is within 24 hours. Thereafter, the mold is disintegrated, and the block is delivered to the finished product warehouse. After 7 days of maturation, the wall blocks of the composite structure can be shipped to the consumer.
