Способ осуществл ют следующим образом Гнойник вскрывакгг, после иссечени  всех нежизнеспособных тканей на рану воздействуют газообразным кислородом под давлением 10-15 мм рт ст. Длитель ность воздействи  15-20 мин 1-2 раза 22 в день на курс от 5 до 10 сеансов, использу  при этом различные камеры дл  местной оксигенации. Кислород проникает в пораженные ткани, ликвидирует гипоксию, улучша  питание тканей. Во врем  оксигенации рана приобретает  рко-розовый цвет, исчезают боли.
