Description

The invention relates to packaging products in containers and can be used in the food industry.

A device for routinely feeding flat-laid boxes from the foot and forming them is known, comprising a cassette with flat-laid box blanks, a vacuum gripper with a crank-and-wheel drive, a device for opening the blanks, and a conveyor belt 1.

However, this device has a complex kinematics of a vacuum gripper for single piece separation of the blanks. When opening the workpiece, friction forces arise, which tend to separate it from the vacuum gripper, therefore the discharge maintained in it must be significant.

The closest to the invention of the technical essence is a device for single-piece delivery from the foot of cardboard flat layered boxes and their formation, containing a magazine, a conveyor with grippers and a guide for boxes 2.

However, the known device does not guarantee the possibility of increasing the reliability of operation, since it has a relatively complex kinematics of a device for opening flat billets.

The purpose of the invention is to increase reliability.

The goal is achieved by the fact that the device for single-piece delivery of cardboard flat-laid boxes from the stack and their forming, comprising a magazine, a conveyor with grippers and a guide for the boxes, is provided with a box fixed to the power cylinder located between the magazine and the conveyor in the form of Mr. of a different plate.

In addition, the device may be further provided with guides for closing the valves located above the conveyor.
