Description
Союзный 244 - как один из наименее солеустойчивых сортообразцов .Oi O) 4 SP The invention relates to agriculture, mainly plant breeding, and can be used to obtain varieties of agricultural crops propagated by seeds, such as rice, with improved traits. The aim of the invention is to improve the accuracy and reduce the time spent. The invention is illustrated by the following example. For the experiments, seeds were taken on rice varieties, the salt tolerance of which was studied and confirmed by numerous studies, for example, by direct cultivation of plants on saline soil. At the same time, among the studied collection samples of rice, Spalchik was selected as one of the most salt tolerant. Allied 244 - as one of the least salt-tolerant variety samples.

2.Table 1 For the implementation of the method, the seeds were flaked, surface sterilized with 70% ethanol solution for 1 min, then with 0.1% diocide solution for 4 min, after which they were washed three times with distilled water 15-17 h. After this, the embryos were sterilely isolated from the seeds (with 1 digit) and expressed in test tubes on an agarized Murashige-Skoog nutrient medium, which is a complete mineral medium with sucrose, in which sodium chloride was additionally introduced. depending STI embodiment from experience (2 3 wt.%). After this, the embryos were cultured in a thermostat at 28-30 s. On the fifth-eleventh days (depending on the type of experiment), the difference between the salt-resistant and non-resistant varieties of rice — the number of germinated roots — was determined. The results of the comparative analysis of the proposed method with the method are presented in Tables 1 and 2.

% различи между сортами по признаку солеустойчивости четко про вл ютс уже на п тый день проращивани , поэтому нет необходимости при этом вести анализ более длительное врем .According to the proposed method at a concentration of 2 wt. The% difference between varieties on the basis of salt tolerance is clearly manifested already on the fifth day of germination, so there is no need to conduct an analysis for a longer time.
2At a concentration of 3 wt.% NaCJ, distinct varietal differences in salt tolerance occur on the eleventh day of germination, while the unstable variety does not produce a single root, which allows the germination on a medium containing 3 wt.% Sodium chloride to be used for hard screening of unstable forms from heterogeneous, e.g., hybrid or mutant populations. All this makes it possible to use the proposed method not only for a comparative assessment of variety samples, but also for the isolation of salt-resistant individuals at early stages. Table 2

Так как дл проведени исследований используют не семена, а выделенные из них зародыши, устран етс разнокачественность и уменьшаетс гетерогенность изучаемого материала .The results shown in tables 1 and 2 show that the proposed method dramatically increases the differentiation of varieties according to salt tolerance, i.e. there is the possibility of a clear and reliable distinction between varieties of the indicated trait (a particularly large difference in the number of germinated roots), while according to the prototype method there is no separation of samples according to the percentage of seeds having sprouts. In addition, when using the proposed method, the accuracy is increased and the time spent on performing the analysis to determine the salt tolerance of variety samples and plant forms is reduced. Since the research does not use the seeds, but the germs isolated from them, the quality is different and the heterogeneity of the studied material is reduced.
