The potato digger is designed for digging potato tubers, forcing the potato tubers to detach from the leaves and harvesting these tubers into the container.

The potato digger is two-row, trailed and aggregated with an MTZ-2 tractor. The drive for driving the working bodies is performed from the tractor's power take-off shaft.

The following main working bodies and assemblies are included in the design of the digger: plowshares / in a two-section design; main elevator 2, provided with bar-type leaf on stub chains. Behind the main elevator, in order to improve separation, a cascade elevator 5, also of a bar type and with one common web, is placed. The main and cascade elevators are covered by a slatted, telescopile elevator 4 with rarely spaced metal rods attached to stub-roller type chains. Potato tubers, which come off during the undermining and at the time of pulling, are dumped onto the surface of the excavated floor by a cascade elevator 3, are picked manually, as is done when the diggers KTN-2 and TEC-2 work.

Maintenance of the copyer is assumed by one person.

In addition to the specified packaging, you can use a capacious tuber collection bunker or parallel to a moving cart, trailer, etc.
