The invention relates to electrical measurements and can be used to measure the parameters of current pulses in high-potential circuits of high-power impulse current generators. The purpose of the invention is to improve the accuracy and noise immunity. The drawing shows a circuit diagram of an apparatus for measuring the parameters of current pulses in high-potential circuits. A device for measuring the parameters of current pulses in high-potential circuits contains shunt 1, elements 2 and 3 of the potential decrease (resistor dividers) and an oscilloscope 4 whose first input is connected through the first element 2 of the potential decrease to the first output of the shunt 1, and the second input through The second potential level element 3 is with the second output of shunt 1. Elements 2 and 3 of lowered potential are made in the form of identical resistor dividers. The connections between the inputs of the oscilloscope 4 and the outputs of the resistor dividers 2 are made by cables 5 and 6, the braids to which are from the side of the dividers 2 and 3 are connected to each other and with the outermost leads of the dividers. On the side of the oscilloscope 4, the matching resistors 7 and 8 are connected between the braid and the center conductor of each cable. The oscilloscope 4 is equipped with a differential input. To ensure matching, given the possible variation in the parameters of dividers 2 and 3, the matching resistors 7 and 8 can be made adjustable. To further improve the noise immunity, cables 5 and 6 can be placed in a common shielding shell 9, and the oscilloscope 4 can be placed in a shielding housing 10 connected to a shielding shell 9 and a common bus. A device for measuring the parameters of current pulses in high-potential circuits operates as follows. In the absence of a current pulse, the potentials at the outputs of shunt 1 and at the outputs of dividers 2 and 3 are equal; therefore, the voltage applied to the inputs of the oscilloscope 4 through the central conductors of cables 5 and 6 is zero. The potential difference between the case of the oscilloscope 4 and the common bus is less than the potential difference between the leads of shunt 1 by the number of times determined by the division factors of identical resistor dividers 2 and 3. When a current pulse in a high-grade circuit flows through shunt 1, a voltage drop is formed on it that is proportional to amplitude flowing current. Accordingly, between the outputs of dividers 2 and 3, a voltage is formed, the value of which, taking into account the division factors of dividers 2 and 3, is proportional to the amplitude of the flowing current. This voltage across the center conductors of the cables .5 and 6 is applied to the inputs of the oscilloscope, where the pulse parameters are monitored. Cable sheaths protect the signal transmission line from interference in the form of extraneous electromagnetic fields, since the pickup currents in symmetrical transmission lines are compensated .... Matching resistors 7 and 8 ensure that there are no reflections in cables 5 and 6 distorting the measured pulse; To compensate for the possible small non-identity of the dividers, the terminating resistors can be made adjustable, for example, by connecting to them in parallel the trimming resistors.
