Description
1 The use refers to the melio- tion and can be used as a drainage and humidification system from the top of the range. A drainage humidifier is known for a system in which the main collectors are used in the summer as a low-volume collector. distributors for feeding the sprinkling systems that draw water from the manholes located on the collectors - distribute the lx. The drains in the system are combined with small auxiliary collectors in sections, which drain water into wells in the main collectors. In the small collector wellhead, check valves are installed that prevent the irrigation water from entering the drains when they are cooled. Cll "The disadvantages of this system are its high construction costs and operating costs due to the need for auxiliary collectors of deeper design systematic cleaning of nasal and ferrous compounds. The closest technical solution is the ameliorative system including a drain connected to the side headers, and nodes connecting the side headers to the main collector, the contents of the check valves placed in the housings, which in this system are installed below the main collector (collector-opener), from him, and communicating with him through the connecting knee. The disadvantages of the system are the high cost caused by the need to set up inspection wells of increased diameter (1.5 m), complexity in operation and low reliability. The aim of the invention is to increase reliability and reduce construction and operating costs. This goal is achieved by a meliorative system that includes drains connected to side headers, and nodes connecting side headers to the main one, including non-return valves placed in the housing, check valves installed in the upper part of the main collector 12, and each side header a collector by means of a drain having a cover and radial branches, and mounted on the valve body. FIG. 1 shows a reclamation system, a plan; in fig. 2 is a sectional view of the main collector junction intersection assembly c. lateral. The ameliorative system consists of drains 1, connected to side collectors 2, which communicate with the main pressure manifold 3, equipped with pressure hydrants 4, through connection nodes 5 installed above it. Connection node 5 consists of drain 6 with radial taps 7, cover 8 and reverse valve 9. The check valve 9 is mounted in the housing 10, and the cover 8 - in the upper base of the stand 6, Radio bends 7 of the stand 6 by means of flange headers 2 are tightly connected to the mouths of the side headers 2 and the check valve 9. Case 10 Pan 9 is welded to the main manifold 3. To: 8 Ryshkov risers 6 are disposed below the depth of the tillage layer, which increases the ratio of the land use. Unlike lateral collectors 2, the main collector 3 is designed as a pressure pipe with hermetically sealed joints. The principle of the system is as follows. In the period of excessive moisture, the system functions as a drain: it collects excess water from the root layer of soil and removes it from the limits of the dried massif. At the same time, the drainage waters corresponding to the vnh parts along the lateral collectors 2 sink down into 6, from where they, through the hole in the housing 10 of the return valve 9, enter into the marsh and then go to the main collector 3, which transports them to the receiving water (not shown). Parts of the soil and ferrous sediments contained in the groundwater outflows with drainage water in the water intake. The deposition on the surface of the check valve 9, which in the open position is somewhat wedged into the flow of water, particles of the root or iron are impossible due to
значительной смывающей кинетической энергии ниспадающего потока дренажных вод.significant flushing kinetic energy of the falling stream of drainage waters.
При этом оросительна вода из главного коллектора 3 в полость сто ка 6 поступать ,не может из-за обратного клапана 9, которьй под воздействием давлени воды автоматически закрывает отверстие в нижнем основании сто ка 6 (положение клапана показано пунктирDuring the irrigation period, water under the necessary pressure is fed into the main collector 3, which transports and distributes it between sprinklers using pressure hydrants 4. At the same time, irrigation water from the main collector 3 to the cavity of the stand 6 cannot flow due to a check valve 9, which, under the pressure of water, automatically closes the opening in the lower base of the stand 6 (the position of the valve is shown in dotted line

4.Noah line). When supplying irrigation water to the main reservoir 3 under pressure, it can only flow into pressure hydrants 4.
After (and, if necessary, before) the cessation of irrigation, the main collector 3 is washed from sediments by supplying industrial flow into it.
The economic efficiency of the invention is emphasized in reducing the cost of construction and the operation of reclamation systems per hectare only for at least 15–20 rubles, as well as a significant increase in their reliability and durability.
