Цель изобретени - повышение удобства монтажа за счет обеспечени заводской готовности марша. Наружный лестничный блок включает площадки 1 прикрепленные к стеновой панели 2, и лестничные марши 3. Каждый лестничный марш выполнен изогнутым в плане и прикреплен нижней частью к стеновой панели 2, а верхней - к плошадке 1с зазором 4 относительно стеновой панели 2, равным ширине марша 3 дл присоединени двух маршей 3 (левого и правого) к одной площадке 1. Верхн и нижн части лестничного марша 3 выполнены параллельными стеновой панеле 2, а длина каждой из них составл ет 1/3 длины лестничного марша 3.
