Abstract
FIELD: working of metals. SUBSTANCE: method uses sensor to fix working parameter by which intensity of shot-blasting is estimated. For increase of inspection accuracy additional sensor is used. pressure of impact of one shot and of stream of shots is measured by two sensors simultaneously. Specific consumption of shot is chosen in the capacity of controlled parameter. Both sensors are placed into zone of action of stream of shots in one plane at maximum close distance from each other and specific consumption is found by formula, where Fis mean effort of stream of shots;and Δt are mean length of pulse and mean duration of impact of one shot; Sis area of contact surface of flow sensor.
